    • PURPOSE:To drastically reduce time required for size change and improve the production efficiency by a method wherein the speed of a carrier conveyor is set faster than the speed of a bucket conveyor, and opening/closing of a stopper for articles to be carried is synchronized with carrier lugs of the bucket conveyor, and article to be carried are divided into groups on the bucket conveyor. CONSTITUTION:At the downstream of a flat conveyor 31, a bucket conveyor 50 is arranged, and the carrier surface of the bucket conveyor 50 is made to be slightly lower than that of the flat conveyor 31, and carrier lugs 52, 53 are provided for the bucket conveyor 50. Since speed V2 of the bucket conveyor 50 is adjusted to be slightly slower than speed V1 of the carrier conveyor 5, an article to be carried which is transferred on the bucket conveyor 50 quickly catches up with the carrier lug 52 at the downstream side, and flows by the carrier speed V2 of the bucket conveyor 50 hereafter. Being blocked ahead, the article to be carried 1 on the flat conveyor 31 is also fed by the speed of V2. When the carrier lug 53 which is provided on the bucket conveyor 50 reaches the operation starting position, a stopper 60 operates, and the article to be carried 1 is stopped on the flat conveyor 31.

The flight bar 5 is forcibly carried by carry force of the circular drive path 100 and it is moved from the right end B to the upper left end A at a speed faster than that of the conveyer 2 while the flight bar 5 is forcibly stopped between the upper left end A and the left end C of a curve so that stop of each bar is canceled to be fed out with respect to feed of a tray.

CONSTITUTION:Pressurization is carried out for a prescribed time and pressure is released to open a discharging port 90. Pressurized water between a treating chamber 40 of a pressure vessel 1 and a pressurized water tank (W2) is in a flow state. The lower piston 30 is lowered to also lower substances (P2) to be treated in the treating chamber 40. The piston 30 is stopped at a position where the substance (P2) to be treated can be discharged from the discharging port 90 for one piece. A discharging cylinder 65 provided under the pressure vessel 1 is advanced to discharge one piece of the substances (P2) to be treated from the discharging port 90. Substances (P3) to be treated are conveyed upward in the pressurized water tank (W2) with a conveyor 70 provided in front thereof and further conveyed in a state indicated by the (P4) to the next step in the air with a conveyor 55.

While flaps 2c, 2d on the upper surface and lower surface are kept horizontal by a guide 30, a flap 2a on the advancing direction side is folded, and a flap 2b on the rear side to the advancing is folded under the guide 30 by a left flap guide 35. The flaps 2c, 2d are folded while entering upper and lower flap folding guides 40, 41, and a tape 11 is placed.

    • PURPOSE:To permit the correct cutting by installing a cutter which is arranged contiguously to a taking-up device and is equipped with a cutting edge in projection which cuts a band plate together with the cutting edge of a taking-up reel and revolving the taking-up reel in an equal phase previously set. CONSTITUTION:When taking-up for a band plate 1 is nearly completed, and a carrousel reel body 5 is under revolution, a cutter 8' starts to approach to a taking-up reel 7C, and a line adjusting roll 14 performs line adjustment so that the band plate 1 does not contact with the reel 7C or a cutter 8. At the time point when each of the taking-up reel 7C, cutter 8, and the band plate 1 has an equal speed, a cutting edge 12 built in the cutter 8 is projected by the action of an electromagnet 13, and cuts the band plate 1 together with the operation of a cutter 11 built in the taking-up reel 7C, and then the blade 12 of the cutter 8 is speedily retracted inside by the electromagnet 13. After cutting, the band plate 1 taken up onto a taking-up reel 7a is transported outside as a coil 1a during the taking-up operation by the taking-up reel 7C, and the taking-up reel 7a is prepared for the next taking-up operation.
