摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deterioration of a boiler efficiency due to water in fuel and the rise of a sulfuric acid dew point due to water contained in boiler exhaust gas in a boiler using a heavy oil emulsion fuel. SOLUTION: A heavy oil emulsion fuel 102 is heated by a heater 110 using a heat pipe, and then separated into heavy oil 122 and vapor 121 including steam and light oil combustible gas by a water evaporator 120. The heavy oil 122 is supplied to the burner port of a boiler 10. Evaporated vapor 121 is condensed by a condenser 140 to be liquid 141 including water and light gas oil. The liquid 141 is separated into oil 151 and water 152 by an oil separating system 150. The oil 151 is used for fuel of the ignition torch of the boiler 10 or the like. The water 152 is partly used for the cooling water 41 of a desulfurizer 40, and partly used for atomizing steam 9 or steam 8 for blowing soot in the boiler, or the like.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the explosion of powdered coal by lowering the concn. of oxygen in a coal pulverizer by providing a drain separator separating the drain contained in inert steam and a drain trap to the charging route of inert steam to a coal pulverizer., and mounting a drain discharge route discharging drain. CONSTITUTION:At the time of the usual operation of a coal pulverizer 2, an inert steam valve 8 is closed so as to prevent inert steam from entering the hot air charged to the coal pulverizer 2 from a hot air duct. The drain in the inert steam adjusted to predetermined pressure and lowered temp. by a pressure reducing valve 4, and a temp. lowering device 5 is always separated and removed by a drain trap 6 so that the inert steam is immediately charged when the inert steam valve 8 is opened in this state and the separated and removed drain is discharged as it is. At the time of the temporary stop of the coal pulverizer 2, the drain discharge valve 7 bypassing the drain trap 6 is opened, before the inert steam valve 8 is opened and the drain in the steam present on the upstream side of the inert steam valve 8 is perfectly discharged. By this method, the damage of a cast part is certainly prevented.
