The moisture evaporator 120 heats the heavy oil emulsion fuel 102 by an extracted steam of steam turbine equipment 160 and a steam through a steam convertor 166 to be guided to a steam separator 140. The steam separator 140 separates the fuel 111 into steam, a light oil combustible gas steam 121 and a heavy oil component 122 and the heavy oil component is used as boiler fuel 131. The steam and the light oil combustible gas steam 121 are used as heating source of the heater 110.

SOLUTION: After heavy oil emulsion fuel 102 is heated by a heater 110 using a heat pipe, the fuel is separated into an oil content 122 of heavy oil and steam 121 comprising steam and light oil combustion gas by a moisture content vaporizer 120, and the heavy oil content 122 is fed to the burner port of a gasification furnace 10. Vaporized steam 121 is condensed by a condenser 140 to produce a moisture content and liquid 141 mixed with a light oil content. The liquid 141 is separated into an oil content 151 and a moisture content 152 by an oil water separator 15. The oil content 151 is used for the ignition torch of the gasification furnace 10 and the moisture content 152 is used for steam 8 for gasification furnace soot blow.

摘要： PURPOSE: To quickly measure the concentration of unburned carbon in ash by radiating light having wave number in a specified range or wave number in the whole region to a sample of ash containing unburned carbon, and measuring absorption rate of the light. CONSTITUTION: The amount of unburned carbon in ash has high correlation with absorption intensity of light in the wave number region of about 10-50000/cm from its light absorption nature. Ash containing unburned carbon is used as a sample, light having wave number of about 10-50000/cm or wave number in the whole region is irradiated to the ash, and absorption rate of the light is measured to find the concentration of unburned carbon in the ash. Measurement is quickened, ash under transportation can be measured. Therefore, automatic analysis may be realized. Since other error factors are not contained, accuracy of analysis is enhanced.
