    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of electrically connecting a solar cell module, wherein the solar cell module can be easily provided to a general housing which copes with its roof of various types and sizes. SOLUTION: When a voltage within an inverter input voltage range is not obtained through solar cell modules SM arranged in a lateral row and the number of lateral rows of the modules SM arranged in a vertical direction is even, solar cell modules SM1 to SM3 installed on the uppermost lateral row and solar cell modules SM4 to SM16 installed on the lowest lateral row of a roof surface are connected in series row by row, and then the solar cell modules SM1 to SM3 and the solar cell modules SM4 to SM16 are connected together in series, whereby an array AL1 (unit voltage circuit) through which a voltage within an inverter input voltage range is obtained is formed, AL2 to AL5 are formed through this same procedure and then are connected in parallel. When the number of lateral rows of the modules SM arranged in a vertical direction is odd, an array AL6 is formed of an intermediate lateral row of solar cell modules SM, and the array AL6 and AL1 to AL5 composed of two rows of solar cell modules SM are connected together in parallel. The arrays can be collectively connected at both edges of a roof surface. When a roof surface is square shape and, when a voltage within an inverter input voltage range is not obtained through solar cell modules SM arranged in a lateral row, lateral rows of solar cells are connected in series, whereby a unit voltage circuit can be formed.
