摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent excessive acceleration from being produced in movable portions by correcting a displacement input signal from a signal source in such a manner as to provide for an acceleration in excess of a certain predetermined level before it is coupled to the servo drive system. CONSTITUTION:An acceleration limiting circuit is constructed with two integrators 13, an adder 14, a code converter 15, a factor unit 16 and a saturation circut 17 in such a manner that the output rm of the last stage integrator 13 follows a displacement input signal r coupled to the circuit. The circuit 17 serves to inhibit output of a voltage in excess of a preset saturation voltage. Thus, when a fault occurs in the signal r, the circuit 17 produces a signal corresponding to a twofold integral value of the signal rm, but this value is never higher than the saturation voltage value. Consequently, the output acceleration of the servo drive system is restricted.

A decoder 12 switches resistances Ri - Rn is consecutive order whenever the contents of the counter 16 increases by unit increment or decreases by unit decrement, and the gain of the arithmetic amplifier is controlled.
