    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a manufacturing method of a cement molded body having high turnover rate of the form by a method wherein a cement admixture, which is obtained by mixing ultrarapid hardening cement composition with setting retarder and water having a specified temperature or lower and ice, is formed and heated with a hot press. SOLUTION: In the first process, a cement admixture is obtained by mixing ultrarapid hardening cement composition with setting retarder and water, ice or ice water. The time requiring from the first process to the second process is long enough normally necessary for a batch type production line and lies within the limit of the pot life or the cement admixture or is generally about 1-4 hours. In the second process, the cement admixture is formed and simultaneously cured under heat. By the procedure just mentioned above, the cement admixture, which is kept at a low temperature by being mixed with the water having a temperature of 5 deg.C or lower, ice or ice water at the first process, is heated up to the temperature as high enough as revealing rapid hardening properties.

    • PURPOSE:To easily perform release of a molded body without causing a deterioration in strength of the molded body or a deformation of the same by a method wherein the title casting mold possesses a back pressure feed hole on a position which is on the inside of a casting mold and close to a mold surface, and is provided with a back pressure feed tubular body communicating with an outside pressurized gas feed device arranged extending from the inside of the casting mold to an external circumferential surface of the casting mold. CONSTITUTION:Back pressure feed tubular bodies 6 communicating with an outside pressurized gas feed device are arranged within casting mold bodies 1a, 1b so that back pressure feed holes 5 can be provided on positions which are within the casting bodies 1a, 1b and close to a mold surface 2. It is desirable that opening positions of the back pressure feed holes 5 lie at positions close to the mold surface 2 as close as possible since a liquid content out of slurry such as water absorbed within the casting mold bodies 1a, 1b is prevented from flowing backward to a molded product at the time of application of back pressure to the casting mold bodies. It is desirable that the positions, for example, are at a depth of 2mm-5cm from the mold surface 2. The diameter of the back pressure feed hole 5 to the extent of 1mm-1cm is appropriate as size of the same further and it is desired that a plurality of holes are arranged at intervals, for example, of about 1-5cm along the mold surface 2.
