    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planar heating element which can be comparatively freely deformed according to the shape of a heating (warming) object and is superior in adhesive property with the object, and has a good thermal conductivity.
      SOLUTION: This is the planar heating element which has a heat generating layer generating heat by switching-on and an insulating layer laminated on its both sides. The insulating layer is made of a thermal conductive composition which contains 50-200 pts.wt. of thermal conductive inorganic compound (B) per 100 pts.wt. of (metha) acrylic ester polymer (A). It is desirable that the insulating layer has a thermal conductivity of 0.4-3 W/(mK) and that the above thermal conductive inorganic compound (B) is aluminum compound.
