SOLUTION: This extruded foamed laminated sheet of polycarbonate resin consists of at least, two extruded foamed sheets of polycarbonate laminated together with 0.5-0.4g/cm of density, 0.8-10mm of thickness and a strength to satisfy the formula P>k.√D.T . In the formula, P is a maximum bending strength (kg), D is the density (g/cm ) of a foamed laminated sheet, T is the thickness(cm) of the foamed laminated sheet, and k is 19.2(kg/(cm.g) ).

The mixture is transferred to a low-pressure zone to produce a foam of a density . The obtained foam can be desirably used as a cushioning material for the transportation of glass, earthenware, etc.
