    • PURPOSE:To obtain a multilayer container excellent in interlayer bonding strength, transparency, a gas barrier property and mechanical strength, by allowing an adhesive layer, which is obtained by mixing a resin A and a resin B in such a state that the presence ratio of resin particles having a long diameter of a specific value or less has a specific value or less, to be present at the boundary surface of the layer of the resin A and that of the resin B. CONSTITUTION:In a container wherein at least the opening end part of the mouth part thereof has a single layer structure and at least the thin wall part of the body part thereof has a biaxially oriented multilayer structure formed by alternately laminating one or more thermoplastic gas barrier resin (resin B) layer and thermoplastic resin (resin A) layers more by one layer than the resin B layer and composed of a resin other than the resin B, an adhesive layer formed by mixing the resin A and the resin B in such a state that the presence ratio of resin particles having a long diameter of 10 mum or less is 10% or less is allowed to be present at least at one of the boundary surfaces of the layers of the resin A and those of the resin B. By allowing the roughly mixed resin layer in the above mentioned state to be present between the layers of the resin A and those of the resin B, the multilayer container having excelling interlayer bonding strength and low haze value provided and excellent in the interlayer bonding strength, transparency, a gas barrier property and mechanical strength.

    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to prepare multi-layer container without causing any interlaminar separation and having excellent gas barrier characteristics, by making a layer structure corresponding to the shape of the container. CONSTITUTION:A container, where an undrawn part is a monolayer structure constituted of a thermoplastic resin A and other parts constitute a part of three layers where two layers of the resin A and a layer of a gas barrier resin B are alternately laminated and a part of five layer where three layers of the resin A and two layers of the resin B are alternately laminated, is obtained by preparing a parison having corresponding layer structures and carrying out a biaxially drawn blow molding of the parison. In the case when the parison, which is a precursor of the container, is composed of three layers, five layers and three layers in the direction from the open end part of the opening to the bottom, the total amt. of injection of the resin B2 should be 1-25% of the cavity vol. At first, 20-50% of the cavity vol. of the resin A1 is injected, then 5-35% of the total amt. of injection of the resin B and the resin A of 1.0-10 times of the vol. of the injection are injected at the same time, then 30-90% of the total amt. of injection of the resin B only or with the resin A of 0.9 times or less of that amt. of the injection are injected, then 5-35% of the total amt. of the injection of the resin B and the resin A of 1.0-10 times of that amt. of the injection are injected at the same time and finally, only the resin A, which is 10-70% of the cavity vol. is injected to till the cavity.
