摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester resin foam which has fine and uniform cells and a high expansion ratio and is excellent not only in heat insulation, shock absorption, gas barrier properties, and recyclabilty but also in heat resistance and mechanical strengths. SOLUTION: This foam is based on a copolyester contg. dicarboxylic acid units mainly comprising terephthalic acid units and 2,6-naphthalenedicarboxylic acid units and diol units mainly comprising ethylene glycol units, and the half crystallization time of the copolyester at a temp. equal to 1.25 times the absolute glass transition temp. is at least 20 min.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject foam, having excellent biodegradability and hydrolytic resistance, a high closed-cell ratio and a high expansion ratio by improving melting characteristics of an aliphatic polyester carbonate-based resin and specifying the density. SOLUTION: This biodegradable aliphatic polyester carbonate-based resin extruded foam is obtained by regulating the density thereof to , preferably , more preferably . The resultant foam is produced by infecting a blowing agent into, e.g. an aliphatic polyester carbonate- based resin raw material having 1×10 to 1×10 Pa.s melt viscosity (at 190 deg.C and 100 sec shear rate) and >=2 mgf/Pa.s melt tension per unit viscosity while melting and kneading the aliphatic polyester carbonate-based resin raw material in an extruder and then extruding the melt kneaded material from a high- pressure zone to a low-pressure zone. The content of polycarbonate bonds in the resin constituting the foam is preferably 1.8-33 mol.%, more preferably 10-20 mol.%.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a multiple layer container meeting the requirements of both gas barrier and heat resistance, by forming a parison which is a presursor of a multiple layer container with a multiple layer structure consisting of a heat resistant and gas barrier resin layers. CONSTITUTION:A multiple layer container uses at least three kinds of resin, i.e. a thermoplastic polyester resin (resin A), a thermoplastic resin (resin B) excellent in heat resistance and a thermoplastic resin (resin C) excellent in gas barrier. There are provided three injection cylinders i.e. a cylinder 1 for resin A, a cylinder 2 for resin B and a cylinder 3 for resin C and the resins A, B and C melted in their respective cylinders are injected through a gate into a metal die. First the resin A and then the resin B is injected, followed again by the resin A, then the resin C and finally the resin A, resulting in the formation of a container opening end with the three layer structure of the resins A, B and A and of a thin wall of the container body with the six layers of the resins A, B, A, C, B and A, thereby obtaining a multiple layer parison.

By allowing the roughly mixed resin layer in the above mentioned state to be present between the layers of the resin A and those of the resin B, the multilayer container having excelling interlayer bonding strength and low haze value provided and excellent in the interlayer bonding strength, transparency, a gas barrier property and mechanical strength.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a multilayered vessel without the possibility of layer separation, having outer layers and a central layer stuck forcibly by substituting the layer of the gate portion of a parison by resin A, post-injecting the resin A finally, while injecting successively the resins in order of resin A, resin B and resin C into a single mold by one time mold closing operation. CONSTITUTION:The volume of molten resin A corresponding to 40-80% of the volume of a cavity 7 is injected into the cavity from an injection cylinder 1, and successively the volume of molten resin B corresponding to 1-5% of its volume is injected into the cavity 7 from an injection cylinder 2. Further the volume of molten resin C corresponding to 16-50% of its volume is injected into the cavity 7, and again a small volume of resin A is injected from the injection cylinder 1, whereby the outermost layer adjacent to the gate 5 of the parison is substituted with resin A, and simultaneously the content in a flow path is replaced by resin A. After pressurizing and cooling thereof have been kept, when the mold is opened, the multilayer parison composed of five- layer structure and having at least a mouth opening portion made of a single structure is obtained.

At first, 20-50% of the cavity vol. of the resin A1 is injected, then 5-35% of the total amt. of injection of the resin B and the resin A of 1.0-10 times of the vol. of the injection are injected at the same time, then 30-90% of the total amt. of injection of the resin B only or with the resin A of 0.9 times or less of that amt. of the injection are injected, then 5-35% of the total amt. of the injection of the resin B and the resin A of 1.0-10 times of that amt. of the injection are injected at the same time and finally, only the resin A, which is 10-70% of the cavity vol. is injected to till the cavity.
