    • PURPOSE:To forcibly bring an output at normal operation to a high level by providing a transistor (TR) whose emitter is connected to an emitter coupling part in a differential switching circuit and controlling the base voltage of the TR so as to turn off two TRs of the differential switching circuit forcibly. CONSTITUTION:In bringing the base voltage VB3 of a TR Q3 to a voltage higher than the voltage VB2 in a switching time slower than the normal time before the changeover of the base voltage VB4 of the TR Q4 as shown in time-chart in figure, the TR Q3 is turned on gradually, while the TR Q2 is turned off gradually. Thus, the current I2 flowing to the Tr Q2 is switched to the TR Q3 and the output voltage V0 of an IC (DUT)2 to be tested depends on the switching time of the VB3 and clamped to a high level. In bringing the voltage VB3 to the low level, the high level clamp is released. Since the TRs of the differential switching circuit of the emitter coupling are turned off for both polarities in this way, the output level is fixed to the high level regardless of the input of the differential switching circuit.

    • PURPOSE:To attain high precision with a simple constitution of a circuit by constituting a titled converter of a current switching circuit which is made equal to the one digit of a DA converter and feedback amplification circuits and executing an analog addition between the feedback amplification circuits each other. CONSTITUTION:In order to make a base gate correspond to the current switching circuit having the weight of one digit of the DA converter, the current switches 10 are connected so that one circuit corresponding to 2 , two circuits corresponding to 2 -n-circuits corresponding to 2 can be simultaneously switched on and off and the current outputs 12 from the respective circuits are added so as to obtain n-bit of DA converter 1. The output 13 from the n-bit of DA converter 1 is inputted in the circuit constituting the base gate as the feedback amplifier 2 and by adding the output from the feedback amplifier 3 having the input of the weight of n+1 bits and the output from the feedback amplifier 2, a n+1 bits of DA converter can be obtained. Thus, the n+1 bits of DA converter having an intended resolution with used gates whose number is essentially about half can be obtained.
