    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain reproduction of a video image interactively by storing multimedia data and link information defining the reproduction procedure of the multimedia data. SOLUTION: An interactive video reproduction means 106 is made up of a personal computer, a CD-ROM, an operation input device such as a mouse, and a communication equipment or the like and executes an execution program from an optical disk medium 101. Then the reproduction of the WWW brouwser is started to access a server via an interactive video transmission means 108 or a communication medium 107. The interactive video transmission means 108 includes a terminal equipment connection communication means and makes communication with the interactive video reproduction means 106 via the communication medium 107 to make reception of a request and transmission of the result. Thus, corresponding to reproduction procedure is acquired from video reproduction control data with respect to the operation input of the user and video data are reproduced according to the reproduction procedure to attain reproduction interactively.

    • PURPOSE: To obtain a programmed music selecting and reproducing apparatus which is convenient and which prevents a malfunction by rejecting a music selecting operation until music numbers, the playing time and the like in a specific region on an optical disk are read out and displaying stored wholly and the total playing time is displayed and played in the music numbers designated sequentially. CONSTITUTION: Information A on all music numbers, the playing time (p) and the like in a lead-in area on an optical disk 4 is read out by a pickup 5, and it is stored in a storage device 13 by a signal processing circuit 6 and a system control circuit 12. When a programmed music selecting device 16 designates music numbers to be reproduced by a music selecting device 14, it stores them in a playing sequence storage device 15 in the designated order. Then, the cumulative total playing time P in which the time (p) of the respective designated music numbers has been added by a cumulative total time computation means 17 is displayed on a sequential display device 18 by the circuit 12, and the device 14 is set to a playing mode after the music numbers have been selected. In this case, the circuit 12 controls a switching circuit 19 by means of an identifying signal 20 until the device 13 stores the information A wholly, and it rejects a music selecting operation by the device 16. Thereby, music is played in the order of the designated music numbers, a dubbing operation onto a tape or the like becomes convenient, and a malfunction can be prevented.

    • PURPOSE: To provide a disk structure adequate for rapidly bringing the entire part of an optical disk into a crystalline state by bringing the outer peripheral part and inner peripheral part of an optical information recording medium into a non-crystalline state and bringing the region enclosed by this peripheral part into a crystalline state. CONSTITUTION: This optical information recording medium has a part 47 where a recording film is crystallized by irradiation with flash light and a part 48 where the recording film cutting the flash light by a mask is held amorphous. The peeling of protective films has arisen in some cases if the parts of the innermost periphery and the outermost periphery are not provided with the recording films and the boundary part is subjected to irradiation with the flash light in the case where the substrate 41 is provided with the recording film. The probable reason thereof lies in the concentration of heat to the boundary part. Such concn. of the heat is effectively prevented if provision is made to avert the irradiation of the boundary part with the flash light. The heat of the irradiated part is diffused through the recording film to the unirradiated part by the masks, thereby, the thermal concentration is prevented. The adequate information recording medium is obtd. without generating the crack of the recording film and the peeling of the protective films in the case where the crystalline state is ismultaneously formed by the disk structure obtd. by forming the innermost periphery and the outermost periphery into the amorphous state and forming the part between the innermost periphery and the outermost periphery into the crystalline state.

    • PURPOSE: To provide an information storage medium which does not require the changing of the sample period of servo information and is increased in recording capacity. CONSTITUTION: Servo regions and information regions are alternately arranged in the circumferential direction of a recording medium on a disk and these servo regions are arranged at specified angle intervals in such a manner that servo signals 23 are detected at every specified period at the time of rotation at a specified angular velocity. This information recording medium is recorded with the servo signals at the specified servo clock 24 to equally divide the detection intervals of the servo regions at the time of rotation at the specified angular velocity in the servo regions and is recorded with the information at the clocks 24a to d of the frequency different from the frequency of the servo clock 24 by equally dividing the arrangement intervals of the servo regions in the information regions. For example, the frequencies of the clocks for recording and reproducing are made higher toward the outer peripheral side of the disk, by which the recording density on the disk is improved and the recording capacity is increased.
