    • PURPOSE:To curtail the cost of an excavator by a method in which a rotary shaft is thrust and projected from a supporting frame, a second supporting arm is pivotally attached to both ends of a first supporting arm pivotally attached to the rotary shaft, and a bit to be driven by the rotary shaft is attached to the outer end of the arm. CONSTITUTION:A center bit 14 is attached to the lower end of a drill pipe 3 set in a well 2, and a first supporting arm 5 is pivotally attached to the upper part of the pipe 3. A second supporting arms 8 and 9 are pivotally attached to both ends of the arm 5 in a bendable manner, and outer ring bits 12 and 13 are attached to the end of the arm 5. At he beginning of excavation, the arms 5, 8, and 9 are bent and the bits 12 and 13 are contacted with the inner wall of the well 2 to excavate the inside ground of the well 2 in conjunction with the center bit 4. When the bits 12 and 13 reach the cutting edge of the well 2, the second arms 8 and 9 are opened, the excavating radius of the bits 12 and 13 is increased, thereby excavating the ground below the cutting edge of the well 2.

    • PURPOSE:To perform rapid sinking and installation of a well caisson, by a method wherein the well caisson is secured to a second support beam, the second beam is engaged with the upper surface of a first support beam to support the well caisson, and the second support beam is disposed to the under surface of the first support beam to press in the well caisson. CONSTITUTION:The upper end of a well caisson W is secured to the undersurface of a second support beam 10, the second support beam 10 is engaged with the upper surface of the first support beam 7, and this causes supporting of the well caisson W to a support frame 1. After, with this, a ground in the vicinity of the lower end of the well caisson W is excavated down to a given depth, the second support beam 10 is removed from the well caisson W. After the first support beam 7 is raised by means of a hydraulic jack 8, the second support beam 10 is secured to the well caisson W again, and the first support beam 7 is lowered with the aid of the hydraulic jack 8 to press the well caisson W into a ground. This enables to perform supporting and pressing-in of the well caisson W only through engagement of the second support beam with the first support beam, and permits rapid sinking and installation of the well caisson W.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of choking with cement, by a method wherein a control device for the number of revolutions of a pump is provided, and only a resistance means of a flow passage is located on a return passage, branched from a pouring route, running from a pouring pump to a ground to be poured, and returning to a grout source. CONSTITUTION:When, with a pouring pump 2 started, pouring of grout into the ground is started, the pump is driven until the number of revolutions is increased to a specified value by means of which a flow rate is increased to a given value till a time t1. When a ground becomes unacceptable and a pressure is gradually increased to a set value, a pressure is prevented against an increase as the number of revolutions of the pump 2 is decreased. By gradually decreasing a pouring amount, a pouring amount is decreased and a pressure is gradually decreased despite of a ground still having a room enough to allow pouring of the grout, but a nozzle 21 of a return passage 6 forms resistance to prevent decrease of a pouring pressure. Further, the number of revolutions of the pump 2 is decreased as a set pressure is regulated, and even if a pouring amount is finally decreased to zero at a time t3, return is continued for about 30min till a time t4, at which pouring is completed, to keep a pouring pressure at a specified value.
