    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect whether a unit deicing boot targeted for expansion state detection is in an expanded state, without using a timed circuit.SOLUTION: By switching valve output signals to respective electric control valves from OFF to ON at different timings, respective unit deicing boots can be sequentially changed from a contraction state to an expansion state, and by switching the valve output signal to each electric control valve from ON to OFF at a timing after a predetermined period of time, each unit deicing boot can be sequentially changed from the expansion state to the contraction state. A timing for detecting whether the unit deicing boot that is associated with the electric control valve for which the valve output signal is switched from OFF to ON is in the expansion state is set to a timing tE at which the valve output signal to the electric control valve associated with the unit deicing boot targeted for expansion state detection is switched from ON to OFF.
