SOLUTION: This front wheel suspension device includes a steering gear frame provided with a power cylinder and front and rear fixed plates formed integrally with the power cylinder on the front and rear side of the power cylinder and connected to a car body, a control arm mount connector arranged fixed in the longitudinal direction of the car body in the lower section of the fixed plates, a lower control arm provided with car body side connection sections to be connected to both ends of the control arm mount connector, a wheel gear, which is connected to the wheel side end section of the lower control arm and rotatably supports the wheel and is to be connected to the tie rod to be pulled out from the power cylinder, and a damping device for absorbing the vertical vibration of the wheel.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air suspension device for a low-floor truck enabling to arrange a stabilizer integrated type lower link in parallel with a road surface and capable of securing sufficient link length of a trailing link part while securing minimum ground clearance of a frame side P/U point of the stabilizer integrated type lower link.
SOLUTION: The stabilizer integrated type lower link 40 is composed by connecting left and right trailing link parts 40a and a stabilizer part 40b extending in a lateral direction. The trailing link part is connected to a trailing link connection part in front of an axle. The trailing link part transverses a lower side of the axle 6 and extends backward of a vehicle body, and bends in the lateral direction at a back of the axle and connects to the stabilizer part. A stabilizer support parts 47, 48 rotatably supporting the stabilizer part is arranged at the back of the axle. The stabilizer part extends in a back zone of a differential unit 8 in the lateral direction.

SOLUTION: A mounting part 15 of a subframe 1 is formed by a first bracket 30 and a second bracket 31. Two terminals of an upper arm 7 of a suspension mechanism are supported on the mounting part 15. The stabilizer 50 positioned ahead of a bracket 56 is fixed to the mounting part 15 through the bracket 56. The bracket 56 for stabilizer has U-shaped cross section and has a reinforcing plate 58. The reinforcing plate 58 constitutes a seat of a bolt B for mounting the upper arm 7.
