    • PURPOSE:To manufacture the corrugated fin with a fin having remarkably high heat transfer efficiency by forming the looper by expanding it to the outside of plate surface while paralleling a looper or mixing a parallel looper and an incline looper. CONSTITUTION:The corrugate fine is manufactured with by 1st process that many slit 12 of the prescribed length are arranged at the prescribed pitch along the longitudinal direction of the hoop material 10 being supplied in its width direction and also the guide holes 14 are arranged at both edge parts of the part provided with the mountain part and the valley part of the hoop material 10 on which the slit 12 is not arranged, the 2nd process that the mountain part and the valley part are bent and the corrugate is formed while positioning by utilizing the guide hole 14, the 3rd process that the slit 12 of the hoop material formed in a corrugate shape is expanded in the longitudinal direction, at least, by over than two lines so that the position of the fin between the adjacent slits is shifted in the width direction, and the 4-th process that the pitch of expanded fin part is contracted to the prescribed pitch.

    • PURPOSE:To precisely form a thin sheet metal material to a complicated three- dimensional shape by inserting and holding a thin plate stock by thick plate materials and bringing it to press forming in a die, and thereafter, heating and holding it as it is at a prescribed temperature. CONSTITUTION:A thin plate stock 12 is inserted and held from both faces by a pair of thick plate materials 13, 14, and formed as one body by girth weld. At the time of press bending, a male die 15 and a female die 16 constituted of a curved surface which is shifted by a plate thickness portion of the plate materials 13, 14 from a curved surface to which the plate stock 12 is to be bent originally is used. The plate stock 12 and the plate materials 13, 14 which are heated and formed as one body are placed on the female die 16, and allowed to go along the dies 15, 16 by pushing in the male die 15 by a press. Subsequently, the plate stock 12 and the plate materials 13, 14 are carried into a heating furnace in a state that they are inserted and held by the dies 15, 16, heated up to a prescribed temperature and held for a prescribed time. In such a way, the plate stock 12 can be formed to a shape as per the die.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of a die by using mortar as a material of the die by combining annularly a split die corresponding to the diameter of the die to be formed, and a spacer, injecting and solidifying the mortar between them and an annular reinforcing ring for surrounding them, and thereafter, taking out the mortar from the die as one body with the reinforcing ring. CONSTITUTION:Plural sector-like split dies 2a having the forming surface of a radius of curvature for forming the sliding surface of a die, and plural kinds of spacers 2b which have the forming surface 7 of the same shape as the forming surface of the split die 2a, and whose thickness is different from each other are combined annularly. Subsequently, between the spacer 2b and the split die 2a, and an annular reinforcing ring 1b for surrounding them, mortar 4 is injected and solidified. Thereafter, the split die 2a and the spacer 2b are removed, and the annular mortar which has been held by the reinforcing ring 1b is used as the die.
