    • PURPOSE:To protect a semiconductor switch group even when it is subjected to the function of strong wind force by detecting abnormal voltage between the windings of e motor based on a signal from a phase detecting means for detecting the position of the pole of a rotor through a permanent magnet thereby controlling the function of a switch. CONSTITUTION:The protective device comprises a semiconductor switch group 3 outputting winding current of a brushless motor, a phase detecting means 5 for detecting the position of the pole of a rotor 4 through a permanent magnet, and a control means 23 for a switch 20. When the phase detecting means 5 detects increase of the rotation of the brushless motor in reverse direction due to the wind force, a line voltage judging means 22 judges whether the line voltage between the motor windings 2 is normal or not. If the line voltage is normal, the switch 20 brings the input lines to the semiconductor switch group 3 into conducting state while brings the input lines into short-circuited state if the line voltage is abnormal. By such arrangement, the semiconductor switch group 3 can be protected even when it is subjected to the function of strong wind force.

These added data are modulated by a code modulating circuit 1. In other words, the continuous patterns of short cycles included in the data are turned into a specific pattern of a long cycle contained in the data bn by the circuit 11. Then the cycle can be set larger than a record capacity bit of a sector by the sum of both data bn and an even with continuous specific patterns of short cycles where a DC component is produced just over a sector. Thus such a data string that produces a DC component is deleted.
