    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase performance and reduce weight, by installing a magnetic flux density increasing means for increasing the magnetic flux density in a magnetic pole section of a plastic magnet section between the shaft and the magnetic pole section. Due to this structure, the ribs 6A can be used as a magnetic path and the magnetic flux density increases as in the case that the magnetic pole section 3 of the plastic magnet rotor and the entire rib 6 are formed thick, thereby increasing the performance and reducing a quantity of plastic magnet to be used and the weight.
