      SOLUTION: An olefinic thermoplastic elastomer is used in an insulating layer covering an outer periphery of a conductor. The olefinic thermoplastic elastomer is a composition containing a crystalline polypropylene resin (A component) and olefinic copolymer rubber (B component) and is particularly preferably of a polymer type obtained by polymerizing the A component and B component stepwise in the same polymerization vessel by multi-step polymerization.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to manufacture repeatedly and stably cables of not only straight shape but also complicated curvature shape with fewer work processes than before without requiring a carrier sheet. SOLUTION: A first adhesive layer 2 made of hot-melt adhesive and a pressure sensitive adhesive layer 3 that adheres to the conductor foil at the temperature at which the first adhesive layer does not melt, and does not adhere in substance to the conductor foil by increasing the temperature with reduced adhesion, are laminated in this order on one face of a first insulating resin sheet 1. On the pressure sensitive adhesive layer 3, a conductor foil 4 is adhered at the temperature at which the first adhesive layer 2 does not melt, and a plurality of lead wires 4a are punched out, and then, by increasing the temperature, the adhesion of the pressure sensitive adhesive layer is decreased and the remaining material of the conductor foil is removed. Then a second insulating resin sheet 6 having a second adhesive layer 5 made of hot-melt adhesive formed on one face is overlapped, and after heating and pressuring, the first and second insulating resin sheets 1, 6 are adhered clipping plural lead wires and a laminated structure 8 is formed.
