    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide stator structure with magnet wire having a high space factor which is mounted to a slot of a stator core.SOLUTION: Stator structure comprises: a stator core 4 having multiple recessed slots 5 and multiple projecting magnetic poles 6 alternately in a circumferential direction; and magnet wire 1 of a rectangular cross section having an insulating coating film formed on an outer peripheral surface of metal wire. A spacing size between both side faces of the slot 5 is formed to become smaller from a bottom portion toward a front end opening of the slot 5. The magnet wire 1 is wound on the magnetic pole 6 and inserted in a laminar shape into the slot 5. The magnet wire 1 is arranged such that its width is reduced continuously or stepwise from the bottom portion toward the front end opening of the slot 5.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regular square insulation cable of heightening area-occupation rate while maintaining high insulation property. SOLUTION: A first insulation layer 1 is formed on outer peripheral surface of a linear conductor m having nearly square cross section by an electrodeposition painting method, further, a second insulation layer is formed on the first insulation layer by a dipping method. On the formation of the first insulation layer, although a swelled part is generated on the corner part of the conductor m caused by the characteristics of electrodeposition painting method, the indentation relatively generated on the surface of the first insulation layer 1 caused by the swelling is flattened by the second insulation layer formed in accordance with the film forming characteristics of the dipping method, and the regular square insulation cable excellent in withstand voltage characteristics and conductor area occupation rate is obtained.
