At least either a discharge path (conduit 12a) for discharging the water to be cleaned to the slurry tank side by communicating with the outlet of the flocculating and stirring tank or the rectifying part 32 includes a confirmation part 50 for visually confirming the size of the impurity particles in the water to be cleaned from the outside.
