    • PURPOSE:To make small the size of a device to remove dust and germs in gas and raise its efficiency by providing a cleaning water circulating and supplying system with a spray nozzle and ozone supplying means to supply ozone for sterilization of the water in the pool at the bottom section of a water tower, and water drop removal means and ozone removal device installed on the gas exhaust side of a water cleaning tower. CONSTITUTION:In a cleaning water circulating and supplying system installed to a water cleaning tower 5, a water atomization spray nozzles to be installed in the tower are provided in upper stage spray nozzle group 7a and lower stage spray nozzle group 7b. The water cleaning tower 5 in provided with, an ozonizer 14 which generates ozone as a sterilizer and an ozone supply means which draws ozone from the ozonizer 14 and consists of an ozone supply nozzle 15 as a bubble-generating device provided at the liquid pool of the bottom section of the water cleaning tower 5. Further, in addition an eliminator 16 for removal of water drops is provided as water drop removal means on the exhaust side of the water cleaning tower 5, and at the rear stage of the water cleaning tower 5 a water drop removal cyclone 17 for removal of water drops and an active charcoal filter 18 which removes ozone from the gas are provided. In the drain water discharge pipe route, a filtering device for the discharged cleaning water is inserted.

    • PURPOSE:To miniaturize the title device and increase dust removing efficiency as well as germs removing efficiency by a method wherein fine water drip particles are sprayed from lower stage spray nozzles and rough water drip particles are sprayed from upper side spray nozzles while air is sent upwardly into a tower to contact it with the water drip particles through convection. CONSTITUTION:Water spraying spray nozzles are arranged in a water washing tower 5 by dividing them into the spray nozzle groups 7a, 7b in upper and lower stages. The spray nozzle group 6b in the lower stage is provided with spray nozzles having small diameter to spray the shower of fine water drip particles of approx. 200mum while the spray nozzle group 7a in the upper stage is designed so as to generate the shower of rough water drip particles of approx. 500mum. The rough water drip particles shower of fine water drip particles is sprayed against the same air in the lower part of the tower. The contaminated air flow, containing dust and germs, is introduced into the water washing tower 5 from the lower part thereof through a fan 3 and a filter 4, then, ascends in the tower as shown by an arrow A and contacts with the showers of water drip particles by convection during ascending.

    • PURPOSE: To prevent the decrease of dust collection efficiency while preventing surely the adverse ionization by comparing both the corona current under operation and the impressed voltage of a charging part with the characteristic curve of current-voltage of the adverse ionization period and controlling only the AC inputted voltage.
      CONSTITUTION: After the AC voltage which has been supplied from an AC power source 50 of a dust precipitator and regulated to a prescribed value in a voltage regulating means 51 is converted into DC voltage via a rectifier of a high voltage DC power source 52, it is supplied to a dust collecting unit 56. On the other hand, the DC voltage for a charging part of the dust collecting unit 56 is measured by a voltage measuring means 53 and inputted to a comparison means 55. Therein it is compared with the stored voltage-current characteristics of the adverse ionization period to survey an indication of generation. Thereafter the AC inputted voltage for the high voltage DC power source 52 is regulated by the voltage regulating means 51 and thereby the adverse ionization is surely prevented.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the adverse ionization and to obtain an electrical dust precipitator excellent in reliability and economy by providing a humidifier to an upstream side of a charging part and making the relative humidity of the inflowair for the charging part a prescribed value and above. CONSTITUTION:An external device X of a dust precipitator is made large in a suction side of fumes e.g. in an upstream side of a charging part and a water bath 35a shallow in bottom is put on the underside thereof and a humidifier 35 is made by setting an electrothermal element on the underside. The relative humidity of air inflow into the charging part 8 is regulated to a prescribed value and above in accordance with the discharged air flow of a fan 20 of blower. By this method, the generation of adverse ionization is prevented by making the minimum value of corona current the magnitude which is not obtained in the corona current of the normal operation period of the dust precipi tator.

    • PURPOSE: To minimize the amount of a liquid to be used in order to prevent inverse ionization, by injecting the liquid to be penetrated into a dust layer by the counting of spark frequency for the first time after the danger of the ignition of a wick by inverse ionization appears.
      CONSTITUTION: DC voltage supplied to the charging part in a dust collection unit 57 is measured by a voltage measuring means 53 to be inputted to a comparing means 56 while the corona current flowed out from the charging part is measured by a current measuring means 54 to be inputted to the comparing means 56. Further, when this corona current shows a spark property, the frequency of this spark is counted by a frequency counting means 55 to be inputted to the comparing means 56. The comparing means 56 is constituted of a microcomputer and the reference values to be compared with these inputted various amounts are stored in the memory apparatus thereof and, by comparing both of them, the pump 13 of a liquid jet apparatus is driven or stopped.
