CONSTITUTION:In a cleaning water circulating and supplying system installed to a water cleaning tower 5, a water atomization spray nozzles to be installed in the tower are provided in upper stage spray nozzle group 7a and lower stage spray nozzle group 7b. The water cleaning tower 5 in provided with, an ozonizer 14 which generates ozone as a sterilizer and an ozone supply means which draws ozone from the ozonizer 14 and consists of an ozone supply nozzle 15 as a bubble-generating device provided at the liquid pool of the bottom section of the water cleaning tower 5. Further, in addition an eliminator 16 for removal of water drops is provided as water drop removal means on the exhaust side of the water cleaning tower 5, and at the rear stage of the water cleaning tower 5 a water drop removal cyclone 17 for removal of water drops and an active charcoal filter 18 which removes ozone from the gas are provided. In the drain water discharge pipe route, a filtering device for the discharged cleaning water is inserted.

    • PURPOSE:To miniaturize the title device and increase dust removing efficiency as well as germs removing efficiency by a method wherein fine water drip particles are sprayed from lower stage spray nozzles and rough water drip particles are sprayed from upper side spray nozzles while air is sent upwardly into a tower to contact it with the water drip particles through convection. CONSTITUTION:Water spraying spray nozzles are arranged in a water washing tower 5 by dividing them into the spray nozzle groups 7a, 7b in upper and lower stages. The spray nozzle group 6b in the lower stage is provided with spray nozzles having small diameter to spray the shower of fine water drip particles of approx. 200mum while the spray nozzle group 7a in the upper stage is designed so as to generate the shower of rough water drip particles of approx. 500mum. The rough water drip particles shower of fine water drip particles is sprayed against the same air in the lower part of the tower. The contaminated air flow, containing dust and germs, is introduced into the water washing tower 5 from the lower part thereof through a fan 3 and a filter 4, then, ascends in the tower as shown by an arrow A and contacts with the showers of water drip particles by convection during ascending.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration of cell performance by monitoring moisture in inert gas supplied to a cell, and restraining the moisture in the gas to given amount after the total amount of reaction gas is substituted with the inert gas. CONSTITUTION:When the supply starting command of inert gas N is generated from a command device 80, the inert gas N flows into both reaction gas sections of a cell 10 to substitute with the reaction gas, while gradually expelling the reaction gas. And a trap 22 within the source of inert gas starts to function, and thus the gas N which does not contain moisture will pass through a sampling chamber 31, and the monitoring of quality for the gas N is started by a moisture meter 32 etc. And after the approximately total amount of the gas N within the cell is substituted with the inert gas N, the moisture in the gas N to be supplied is restrained under 0.1wt%, preferably under 100ppm. Whereby, it is possible to prevent the deterioration of cell performance.

    • PURPOSE:To perform the sterilizing treatment of bacteria in gas and the bacteria separated and collected from the gas, in an apparatus for performing the removal of the dust and bacteria in gas by spraying water to contaminated gas, by supplying a sterilizing agent in a tower. CONSTITUTION:Contaminated air containing dust and bacteria is introduced into a washing tower 5 through a blower 3 and a pre-filter 4 while ozone is emitted and supplied to the washing water accumulated on the bottom part of the tower in a bubble state from an ozonizer 11 through an ozone supply nozzle 12 and a part thereof is left in a state dissolved in water while the remainder is diffused to the upper space of the tower 5. The air stream introduced into the tower 5 in this state is contacted with fine water droplets sprayed from a spray nozzle 7 during the process rising through the space in the tower 5, and dust and bacteria are collected and separated. Thereafter, air passes through an eliminator 16 and a cyclone 17 to remove moisture and ozone is removed by an activated carbon filter 18 while the treated air is again sent into a room.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain high efficiency in removing dust and bacteria with a small- sized structure by giving a spiral flow to the contaminated air introduced into a water washing tower and injecting finely atomized water droplets in the same direction in the title device wherein dust and bacteria in the room air in a sterilized working place. etc., are removed. CONSTITUTION:Contaminated air extracted from a food processing room, an operation room, etc., flows into a water washing tower from the upper part as a spiral flow through a blower, a prefilter and an inlet 12. Meanwhile, ozone is supplied to a liq. trap at the bottom part of the tower, a part of the ozone is dissolved in water and the other part is diffused in the space in the tower. The ozonized water in the trap is passed through a water feed pump and atomized as a shower of fine water droplets from a spray nozzle 15 which is tangentially opened in the same direction as the spiral flow and the air is cleaned. Consequently, the residence time of the contaminated gas in the tower is prolonged, the contact rate with the fine water droplets is increased and the device for removing dust and bacteria having a high performance and high reliability can be obtained with a small-sized structure.
