    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control any possible vibration in making the boundary-layer control of flow separation achievable by installing a lot of small holes in plural sheets of blade surface members constituting a fan in a sense of being perpendicular and oblique with a blade surface, and providing a different king member in a hollow layer in the inner part of a blade. SOLUTION: Many small holes 5 are installed in a suction surface 6 and a pressure surface 7 in place nearer to a rear edge 3 of a fan 1. The inner part of a spatial layer held between both these blade surfaces 6 and 7 is composed of an integrally formed different kind member. A flow 8 taken into the fan 1 from a front edge 2 of a blade flow into the small holes 5, producing small vortexes there. These vortexes produced in the small holes 5 are discharged to the outside air form the small holes 5 after having receiving a pressure interference on the surface of the different kind member 4 in the spatial layer. The vortexes discharged to the outside air become lessened of a pressure variation in the blade surface in order to become such a vortex as preventing it from being separated form these surfaces 6 and 7. Therefore it turns to a vibration absorbent by installing the different kind member 4 in the spatial layer being held between these surfaces 6 and 7. Thus, a reduction in fluid noises is made possible, and thus the vibro-noise being generated out of the fan is reducible.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the generation of refrigerant noise and vibration noise during the passage of the refrigerant by providing a refrigerant flow form control pipe having a suction pipe and a delivery pipe arranged on the high pressure side of an expansion valve and providing a in the middle of the control pipe with porous plate having a plurality of refrigerant flow holes. CONSTITUTION:A refrigerant flow form control pipe 13 is arranged as nearer the expansion valve 5 side as possible in a piping 8 for interconnecting an expansion valve 5 and a condenser 3. The mechanism of the refrigerant flow form control pipe 13 comprises a suction pipe 15 and a delivery pipe 19, expanded and contracted at a constant angle being below 10 deg. at which a flow does not peel, and a porous plate 18 located therebetween and having a plurality of refrigerant flow holes 17 having an area equal to the line sectional areas of a refrigerant piping 8 on the condenser 3 side and a refrigerant piping 20 on the expansion valve 5 side. By damping energy in a way that air bubbles flowing to the orifice of the expansion valve 5 are previously separated into fine pieces, the generation of refrigerant noise during the generation of a slug flow where the flow of a refrigerant is formed in the shape of a cannonball is reduced and the generation of noise on the low frequency side owing to collision with the expansion valve 5 can be reduced.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the generation of refrigerant fluid noise in pipings before and after an expansion valve and the generation of vibration of a piping owing to the flow of a refrigerant by a method wherein a piping the sectional area of which is increased and which has a fixed shape is located on a horizontal piping between a condenser and the expansion valve. CONSTITUTION:An air-conditioner comprises a compressor 1, a condenser 2, a piping 3 the sectional area of which is increased and which has a fixed shape, an expansion valve 4, a vaporizer 5, and a piping 6 for interconnecting the above devices. The piping 3 the sectional area of which is increased and which has a fixed shape is installed on a horizontal piping between the condenser 2 and the expansion valve 4 arranged such that the direction of an inlet passage crosses a power direction at right angles. Since combination of air bubble lumps can be promoted, a gas phase and a liquid phase are migrated in a short horizontal piping to a horizontal flow where the two phases are continued to each other and can flow in the expansion valve, this constitution prevents closing of the throttle of the expansion valve with an air foam lump, resulting in the possibility to reduce the generation of refrigerant fluid noise.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the directional properties of the flow of fluid by a method wherein at least one louver is formed of a resilient material being changeable of the flow direction and the velocity of flow of fluid through expansion and contraction operation of a thread. CONSTITUTION:Louvers 4 and 5 formed of a resilient substance are fixed to a fixed shaft 6 and the direction of the flow of fluid is changeable through deformation of a louver through pull or slackening of a thread 8 attached to the lower parts of the louvers 4 and 5. Arms 11 and 12 connected to an electric motor 9 transmit operation to run the electric motor 9 to an X-arm 10. Since the X-arm 10 is rotated, the rotation is changed into operation to pull and restore the thread 8 by a distance between the center of the X-arm 10 and the end of the X-arm 10, whereby no malfunction occurs. Since the louver formed of a resilient substance has a strong and a weak part, the louver formed of a resilient substance deformed through operation to pull and restore the thread is formed in a shape where incurring of a pressure loss is uniformly reduced to a lowmost value. This constitution and method enable fluid to produce a flow the direction and the velocity of flow of which are kept at a target value, reduces incurring of a pressure loss, and decreases the generation of noise.
