One side of a bracket 18 is screwed to a plate 12, and an oil damper 17 as a damping device is fixed to the other side. The oil damper 17 consists of a single acting damper in which the damping action is worked only when a movable part 171 is moved in a direction A, and the viscous damping coefficient is changed according to the displacement of the movable part 171.
