    • PURPOSE:To prevent browning even if a product is exposed to sunlight by transferring at least one of image receiving layers onto a final supporting body, and containing ultraviolet absorbent in at least one of layers which is to be transferred. CONSTITUTION:With respect to an image receiving sheet, which is substantially composed of a supporting body and the image receiving layer provided on the supporting body, the image receiving layer contains ultraviolet absorbent. A layer with properties in which it can receive an image may be sufficient as the image receiving layer; especially, in order to increase image film strength after the transferring of an image, a useful image receiving layer is such as the one given with the properties of photopolymerization so that it can be hardened by exposure. Since the image receiving layer hardened by exposure is generally weakened in the adhesion to the supporting body, the image receiving layer can be easily peeled off from the supporting body at the time of retransfer. Here, conventionally known various kinds of materials can be used as the ultraviolet absorbent. This prevents browning in such cases where a final product is obtained by transferring an image to the image receiving layer and retransferring the image to the final supporting body.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the slipperiness of an image receiving sheet surface and image forming material and to prevent intrusion of air bubbles therebetween by roughening the image receiving layer side surface of a removable cover sheet. CONSTITUTION:The cover sheet is made of a high polymer having high dimensional stability and the surface thereof is adequately roughened. The roughening is executed to the extent of the surface roughness having average 2-40mum, more preferably 4-10mum peak valley (dent) distance. The image receiving sheet element is formed by tightly adhering the image receiving layer provided on a base and the roughened surface of the cover sheet roughened in the above- mentioned manner in such a manner that said layer and sheet can be stripped from each other. The surface of the image receiving layer is roughened by the rough surface of the cover sheet when both are stripped at the time of use. The slipperiness between both is thereby improved and the workability is improved in the case of transferring the image from the image forming material to the image receiving layer. The air bubbles are easily removable even if said bubbles enter the spacing between both.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce process time and to improve the yield of production by using yellow, cyan and magenta color material layers and producing a color filter by prescribed stages. CONSTITUTION:A highly flat glass substrate contg. Na at a low ratio is provided in a vacuum vessel and Cd sulfide is deposited by evaporation as a dye layer in a vacuum on the substrate. A positive type photoresist is coated thereon by a roller. The film is dried and is prebaked at 185 deg.C. The film is then exposed with UV by using an exposing mask having a desired dye film pattern. After the resist is selectively dissolved by an aq. KOH soln., the film is etched with an aq. hydrochloric acid soln. Mask pattern exposure is then executed so as to form a desired pattern adjacent to the part exposed with the light. Copper phthalocyanine 4 is further deposited by evaporation on the substrate, and thereafter the entire surface is exposed and the remaining resist layer is removed by alkali development. Again the positive type resist is coated on the surface and is subjected to UV exposure in such a manner that the part having no vapor-deposited layers of two colors is removed of the film. Irgasin Red is then deposited by evaporation on the surface. The remaining resist is subjected to UV exposure. The three-color dye films are thus formed on the transparent substrate.
