    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sufficient strength, and to facilitate the disposal by providing a paper tube, a flange and a collar made of paper, and mounting the paper collar on each end of the paper tube through the flange. SOLUTION: A paper tube 2 as a core of a bobbin is made of paper and cylindrical shape. A flange 3 which protect an end part of a winding material to be wound around the bobbin and arranges the winding form, is paper-made using a hard paper capable of keeping its shape, and it can prevent the winding abrasion when an electric cable is wound therearound. A collar 4 comprises a flange part to hold the flange between the paper tube 2 and the collar, and a projecting part which is fitted and fixed to the paper tube 2. The flange 3 is mounted on each end of the paper tube 2 by the collar 4 to form a paper bobbin 1. Disposal is facilitated compared with a metallic bobbin, and sufficient strength can be given to the paper-made collar.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal layer release paper tube that can be easily disassembled and removed only by pulling inner peripheral surface strip paper so as to be able to smoothly release wound material from the inside by intermittently bonding outer peripheral surface strip paper and inner peripheral surface strip paper along joints of the outer peripheral surface strip paper. SOLUTION: Two sheets of outer peripheral surface strip paper 2 and inner peripheral surface strip paper 3 are overlapped being shifted in a cross direction, then spirally wound so that outer peripheral surface joints 2a and inner peripheral surface joints 3a are not overlapped, and bonded with an adhesive. The strip paper 2, 3 are of the same shape and the same dimensions formed in a parallelogram of constant width cut off in an inclined state so that the upper end side and the lower end side are parallel with each other. The surface of the strip paper 3 and the back face of the strip paper 2 are bonded along the joints 2a of the strip paper 2. In case of adhesive applied faces 6 being of skew angle shape, separation from each applied face 6 is facilitated by setting an angle along a separating direction.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the removing work of a winding bobbin required for extracting a wound thread from the inside by providing a spiral notch spirally connecting both ends of the winding tube on the peripheral face of the winding bobbin, and providing removable hook mechanisms for preventing the drift or separation of the notched portion along the spiral notch. SOLUTION: A winding bobbin 1 is cut on a spiral line connecting both ends, and hook members 2 are coupled at several positions on the cut line. Each hook member 2 is combined with a male section 21 and a female section 22. Although the winding bobbin 1 is cut off, it maintains a cylindrical shape and cut portions are not drifted or separated due to this coupling. When the coupling of the hook members 2 is released, the whole shape can be changed. Only the winding bobbin 1 can be removed while a thread is wound by utilizing this change. After the winding bobbin 1 is removed, it can be again hooked for reutilization.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To freely change a length of a cylindrical barrel part of a reel by constituting the reel by a pair of reel divided bodies provided with a flange part on the outside at one end of the cylindrical barrel part and inserting respective cylindrical barrel parts slidably to connect both reel divided bodies. SOLUTION: When both reel divided bodies 3 are connected by inserting a cylindrical barrel part 1 of the reel divided body 3 on one side into a cylindrical barrel part 1 of the reel divided body 3 on the other side, a pipe body having a proper width is fitted in outer periphery of the cylindrical barrel part 1 to adjust a length of the cylindrical barrel part 1 in accordance with an amount of winding of a wire bar material such as an electric wire, a wire, etc., and the wire bar material is wound from above the pipe body. Consequently, it is possible to change the length of the cylindrical barrel part freely and adjust it to the length which corresponds to a width of a wound bundle of the wire bar material such as an electric wire, a wire, etc.
