PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To freely change a length of a cylindrical barrel part of a reel by constituting the reel by a pair of reel divided bodies provided with a flange part on the outside at one end of the cylindrical barrel part and inserting respective cylindrical barrel parts slidably to connect both reel divided bodies. SOLUTION: When both reel divided bodies 3 are connected by inserting a cylindrical barrel part 1 of the reel divided body 3 on one side into a cylindrical barrel part 1 of the reel divided body 3 on the other side, a pipe body having a proper width is fitted in outer periphery of the cylindrical barrel part 1 to adjust a length of the cylindrical barrel part 1 in accordance with an amount of winding of a wire bar material such as an electric wire, a wire, etc., and the wire bar material is wound from above the pipe body. Consequently, it is possible to change the length of the cylindrical barrel part freely and adjust it to the length which corresponds to a width of a wound bundle of the wire bar material such as an electric wire, a wire, etc.
