    • PURPOSE:To obtain movable parts whose number of component parts and assembling man-hour are few and sliding are smooth, by forming movable parts and guide parts by separate shots at the time of obtaining molded parts provided with movable parts on a board and guide parts on both sides of the movable parts through an outsert multiple molding method. CONSTITUTION:When the titled method is so constituted that movable parts 10, whose cross section is in a trapezoidal shape, are formed on a board 9 by means of a first shot through an outsert multiple molding method and guide parts 11 having a slope whose inside at least runs along the side of the movable parts 10 are formed by a second shot, a clearance 15 necessary for slide of the movable part 10 can be provided between the side of the movable parts 10 and the slope which is the inside of the guide parts 11 by means of contraction of the guide parts 11 through cooling after the second shot. Order of the shots to the movable parts and the guide parts may be reversed. The movable parts which can be slided smoothly can be obtained easily in this manner.

    • PURPOSE:To prepare a ball valve excellent in watertightness, by a method wherein plural places of a ball seat in the peripheral direction thereof are pressed by press protrusions molded to a core mold and a gap is formed between the core mold part other than the protrusions and the ball seat. CONSTITUTION:A spindle is inlaid with the outer mold 2 provided to the side of a moving 6 to set a ball 3 and, after a ball seat 4 is inlaid with and inserted into a core mold 1, the moving mold 6 and a fixed mold 5 are clamped to be closed while the outer mold 2 is closed to press the seat 4 to the ball 3 by ball seat pressing protrusions 11 formed to the mold 1 in the peripheral direction thereof so as to leave intervals therebetween and a space is formed between the core mold part other than protrusions and the seat 4. In the next step, molten resin is introduced into the aforementioned space from an injection port 52 to fill the same and solidified by cooling.
