摘要：本発明の目的は、シート状基材および微細凹凸形状を備えた金型を加熱し、両者を接触、加圧させることによってシート状基材表面に微細凹凸形状を賦形するに際して、転写面で金型とシート状基材の間に空気を噛み込んでしまうことによる転写不良を生ずることがなく、所望どおりの微細凹凸形状が表面に成形されたシートの製造方法と製造装置を提供することにある。本発明の微細形状転写シートの製造方法と製造装置は、シート状基材および微細凹凸形状を備えた金型を加熱し、両者を接触、加圧させることによって前記シート状基材表面に前記微細凹凸形状を賦形する微細形状転写シートの製造方法において、前記シート状基材および金型を加圧するよう配置された一対の加圧板または金型のうち少なくとも1つあるいはその組み合わせで構成される賦形面の平面性を変化させて賦形するものである。

A thin stainless steel board 5 and a graphitized carbon board 6 are incorporated into the upper pressing board 1, and a thin stainless steel board 8 and a graphitized carbon board 9 are incorporated into the lower pressing board 2, and they are thermocompression-bonded.
