    • PURPOSE:To minimize and keep at a constant a braking distance by a command to brake by a mechanical braking device when a vehicle arrives at an end in a free running distance by making a combined deceleration of electrical and mechanical braking when the vehicle arrives at a braking start position. CONSTITUTION:When it is found by a distance recorder that a vehicle arrives at a deceleration start position, a relation between a distance and a speed to connect a target vehicle speed V1 at deceleration start and a free running speed V2 in a deceleration distance 6 is set in a braking control device. Based on a target deceleration curve 1, a deceleration upper limit allowable curve 2 and a deceleration lower limit allowable curve 3 to which upper and lower limit allowable values are added, respectively, are set up. Also a sufficient braking force cannot be obtained by a carrying load in electric braking, and a vehicle speed becomes faster than the vehicle speed of the target deceleration curve 1 and approaches the deceleration upper limit allowable curve 2. Then, when the vehicle speed reaches the same speed as that of the deceleration upper limit allowable curve 2, the braking control device acts a mechanical braking as well as electric braking. Thus the vehicle speed is decelerated remarkably to approach the deceleration lower limit allowable curve 3 so as to stop the action of the mechanical braking.

    • PURPOSE:To eliminate the necessity of a power plant using a fuel in an artificial island, and to make the environment of the island clean by providing a plurality of wave activated power plants for converting wave energy into electric power, along the outer periphery of a structure which constitutes the outer shell part of the artificial island. CONSTITUTION:In an artificial island 1 which is formed in a substantially circular shape in the ocean 3, the outer shell thereof is built with the use of caissons 4, and a plurality of wave activated power plants 10 are arranged at the outer periphery of the outer shell. Each of the wave activated power plants has a housing 11 opened at its lower section and divided into a first space 12 provided therein a generator 15 and a valve, and a second space 13 provided therein an air turbine 16 and a valve 18. Further, the vertical motion of waves causes air to enter and exit into and from the housing 11, and the air turbine is rotated by thus obtained air stream so as to generate electric power from the generator 15. Thereby it is possible to eliminate the necessary of a power plant using a fuel in the artificial island 1 and to prevent consumption of artificial energy.

    • PURPOSE:To facilitate the detecting of a roll-like sheet by journalling eccentrically both ends of an arm shaft with a rotary support of a frame, while providing a converting means for converting the swing locus of a rolling center to a locus on a vertical line. CONSTITUTION:An arm shaft 2 of a fulcrum of an arm 1 is journalled by an eccentric plate 4 and the shaft 5 of said plate is journalled by a frame 7. Also, brackets 8, 8 are connected pivotably left and right portions of the arm shaft 2 respectively. One end of the bracket is connected to a portion of the frame 7 through a cylinder 10 and the other end is mounted with a guide roll 13 inscribing and rolling in a vertical guide groove 12. Thus, the arm shaft 2 is moved centering around the shaft 5 of eccentric plate 4 with a radius of eccentricity of both shafts under the regulation of guide groove 12 by the operation of cylinder 10. Thus, the variation in horizontal distance along with the arcuate locus of a rolling center 14 section is offset by moving the arm shaft 2 in the opposite direction to said variation, so that the rolling center 14 is always moved on a vertical line passing through the center of a roller conveyer 15.

    • PURPOSE:To enable fine adjustment of a mold surface in a parallel state with a comparatively simple operation, by a method wherein a movable die plate body and a guide device for a movement action of a leg part of a movable die plate are formed separately and both of them are made turnable mutually by joining them at about the central parts of them with a pin. CONSTITUTION:When hydraulic oil is sent to a mold opening and closing cylinder 114, a movable die plate 104 is guided by a guide rail 109 and advanced to a stationary die plate 102 side. The tip of a tie bar 113 is pierced through a tie bar through hole 130 of the stationary die plate 102 and a stationary mold 103 and movable mold 105 are put together and suspended. When the molds are put together, a left and right half nuts 140A, 140B are closed, hydraulic oil is sent to an oil chamber 122A of ram 120, the ram 120 is moved to the right side, the half nut 140 is pressed in a right side direction and mold clamping force is generated. The title device is constituted so that parallelism between the movable die plate 104 and a mold fitting surface of the stationary die plate 102 is controlled by turning the movable die plate 104 by a guide fitting plate 107 centering around a center pin 110 by changing a screw-in quantity of a right and left stopper bolts 112 abutting against a leg part of the movable die plate 104.
