摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a highly accurate structure oscillation sensor which requires integration only once even if the oscillation amount of an object is small. CONSTITUTION:The structure oscillation sensor comprises a camera 1 secured to an oscillatory object 2 and picks up the image of a marker 5a on a target 5 secured to a stationary object G, an image processor for processing the images of the marker 5a picked up by means of the camera 1 at a predetermined time interval tau0, and an operating unit for determining a cross-correlation function t (delta) based on one output signal, i.e., a reference signal, from the image processor and each output signal obtained at a constant time interval, and reversely calculating the oscillation amount of the objective structure 2 based on the displacement (y) of the marker position in the field of the camera 1 corresponding to the variation of delta for maximum f (delta).

And they are driven in the direction for winding the cable 8.

摘要： PURPOSE:To meet various styles of packings under all weather by installing a U-shaped post where a T-shaped main girder is mounted at its upper end in a horizontal direction and fixed at its central part on a gate-shaped lower part traveling element which travels on a track through a rotating base, and arranging a winding trolley which passes through the inside of the U-shaped post and can travel in a horizontal direction on the main girder. A main girder 7 which intersects with the upper frame of the U-shaped post 6 and penetrates its inside is fixed at the central part in a horizontal direction. A winding trolley 8 is provided on the main girder 7 so as to travel in a horizontal direction is mounted for constituting a crane. Loading/unloading between a ship 10 which is brought into contact with a quay and a loading/unloading place 12 is carried out by combining traveling of the winding trolley 8 in a horizontal direction, winding/ unwinding by a winding device 18, and rotation of the U-shaped post, 6 by a rotation drive device 16.
