摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the responsiveness to a controlling force, by applying always a compressing or tensile force to a connecting rod which connects arms, which are provided near both ends of a beam part of a vibrating body such as a high level road, and a controlling actuator. CONSTITUTION:A beam 2 has both ends supported on supporting bases, and a pair of arms 10 are attached near both ends of the beam 2, and a moment is generated in the beam 2 by the force applied to tips of arms 10 in the longitudinal direction of the beam 2. A cam plate 16 is fixed to the shaft of a motor 6, and a cam slider 17 slides on a cam slide face. The slider 17 is attached pivotally at the tip of a connecting rod 9. An accelerometer 12 attached to the center of the beam 2 detects the acceleration of the vibration, and a controlling force is given to the motor 6 through a filter 13, a controller 14, and a power amplifier 15. The motor 6 slides the rod 9 in the direction of an arrow; and even when the amplitude of the vibration becomes maximum and the vibration becomes downward, a torque in a certain direction is applied to the motor 6 continuously; and thus, the rod 9 always presses arms 10 to make the response instantaneous.
