The heating device 30 is constructed by forming a notched part (a space) 31 through which, the core wire 10 is passed, to a ring-shaped iron core 32 for induction heating on which, several turns of induction heating coil 34 in which, alternating current is flowing, are wound. Induction current flows through the core wire 10 as a conduction body passing through the notched part 31 when the alternating current is made flow through the induction heating coil 34, and heats the vanish layer applied on the core wire 10 from its inside ( core wire 10 side). 摘要： PURPOSE:To shorten the extra length of an electric wire to be wound on a bobbin so as to facilitate the stacking of bobbins by attaching an upper end length adjusting arm which is coupled to an air cylinder so as to adjust the rotational radius thereof, to a one-way clutch fitted on the output shaft of a drive motor. When the output shaft 27 is rotated, the one-way clutch 3 applies only a rotational resistance to an air cylinder 9 during a period in which the motor 2 winds up an electric wire 25, and when the motor 2 comes to a stop after completion of the wind-up, the pulley 12 is rotated by an angle of theta by the action of the cylinder 9. At this time, a ball 3' in the clutch 3 wedges into so as to rotate the output shaft 27, and accordingly, an extra end part of the wire 27 wound on the bobbin 15 is taken up.

The insulated conductors 1 forming an upper layer are successively piled up on the connecting parts between the insulated conductors 1 in an lower layer formed of the rounded flat cable 3 so as to be wound into a bundle. Accordingly, even if the traverse direction of the flat cable 3 is reversed, the flat cable 3 can be successively piled up like steps with a small spiral angle to be wound into the shape of a bundle. As a result, a flapping phenomenon and torsion are not generated to both side parts of the flat cable 3, and the wound cable 3 is therefore prevented from being deformed.
