    • PURPOSE:To improve the recovery rate of washing bodies by providing a flow regulating member formed along a center dividing a cooling water flow passage into two parts substantially. CONSTITUTION:A flow regulating member 5 is formed in a space pinched between collecting lattices 2 along the center of the space, which divides a cooling water flow passage into two parts substantially, and is connected to a washing body extracting tube 4 at the center of a cylinder 1 while the other ends are connected to vertical flat plates 10. Accordingly, the flow regulating member 5 regulates a stream line at the inlet port side of the washing bodies collecting cylinder with respect to biased flow from upstream side whereby vertical component of the stream line of the cooling water against the collecting lattice surfaces 2 becomes small and the adhesion of the washing bodies to the surface of the collecting lattices as well as the stagnation of the washing bodies on the same surface can be prevented. On the other hand, a plurality of vanes 12 of the lattice, which are consisting of flat plates, are provided in the upstream side of the collecting lattices 2 in parallel to the lattices 2 at positions keeping a given gap between the lattices 2. Accordingly, a collecting lattice can be prevented from the diving of the washing bodies or shells into the collecting lattices and the deterioration of the recovery rate of the washing bodies due to a temporary high flow speed.

    • PURPOSE:To weld satisfactorily a Ti plate and a Ti pipe plate particularly of active metal, by bringing the pipe and pipe plate of the active metal into tight contact with each other by expanding then cutting the welding surface of the pipe plate including the end of the pipe to be welded or the surface of the pipe plate in the range detrimental to welding down to a prescribed depth then performing welding. CONSTITUTION:A pipe plate 1 consisting particularly of Ti is cutted away of the oxide film on the surface by planing 1a after manufacture, whereafter the plate is punched 3a with a pipe hole and the hole is chamfered 3b on the insertion side of the pipe. The frequency at which 0.1mm. surface shear droop 3c is produced during the punching 3a of the plate 1 is extremely high. A Ti pipe 2 is inserted into the hole 3a of the plate 1 and is subjected to expanding 4 so that the pipe is brought into tight contact with the pipe plate by the expanding 4 from the pipe plate surface allowing the droop 3c to remain. The droop 3c is cutted 10 from the surface of the plate 1 and the surface of the plate 2 is cutted to the depth in a >=0.01mm. range to remove an oxide film 1b, whereafter the contact part between the pipe end and the plate 2 is welded. As a result, the generation of the blow hole and oxidation during welding by the air and oxides in the shear droop part of the punched hole is prevented.

    • PURPOSE:To realize the safe transportation and short term of assembling work by a method wherein the condenser is assembled up to the state as near as possible to reach completion at the factory and then divided into the sizes capable to transport on road especially with the condition to eliminate the requirement to weld cooling tubes at the site of installation of the condenser. CONSTITUTION:The cooling tubes 21, which constitute the cardinal part of the condenser, have been attached in a main shell 11 by welding under the state that no more welding is necessary. Tube supporting plates 17 and reinforcing plates 19 and the like also have been attached similarly in the main shell 11. A condensate reservoir 12, an upper shell 2 and a connecting shell 13 are respectively sent separately from the main shell 11. Partition plates 14 are divided in corresponding to the longitudinal division of the main shell 11 and transported by being fixed to the bottom of the respective main shells 11. Because the partition plate 14 equipped with the function as the roof plate of the condensate reservoir 12 is fixed to the bottom of the main shell 11, the partition plate 14 performs the duty of the transportation bottom plate of the main shell 11, resulting in eliminating the need for adding reinforcing member in extra and enabling to safely transport the main shell 11 as it is. Because no welding work of cooling tubes is contained in the assembling work by welding said divided parts, the assembling work is technically easy and a few amount of welding work and the short term of assembling work are resulted.

    • PURPOSE:To automatize water containing process for cleaning balls, by connecting a water containing unit to a selective memory unit, into which combination data of the degree of vacuum condition, the duration to keep vacuum condition, and the number of times of promotive operation to contain water into the cleaning balls are memorized, in order to obtain necessary and enough water contained condition in the cleaning balls. CONSTITUTION:The water containing unit 1 is connected to a selective memory unit 3, into which combination data of each condition that the degrees of vacuum condition in the water container is to be more than 300mm.Hg, the duration to keep vacuum condition is to be longer than two minutes, and the number of times of promotive operation to contain water by a method to return the pressure in the container of water from vacuum condition to the atmospheric pressure is to be more than one time are memorized. A vacuum pump 5 and the air intake valve 4 are controlled by the signals transmitted from the selective memory unit 3. This control makes the confirmation used to be performed by the human eyes during the work to contain water into the cleaning balls unnecessary, so that the work can be carried out automatically.
