SOLUTION: Since a valve casing body (a flange 10, a mounting part 12, and an oil passage connection part 40) is made of aluminum alloy higher in stiffness than resin cylinder head cover body 3, a mounting hole 12b is not susceptible to deformation when the valve casing body is attached to the resin cylinder head cover body 3. Further, the valve casing body is attached by joining the valve casing body to the resin cylinder head cover body 3 through a weld resin joint layer 11, instead of fixing by a mechanical tightening force such as a bolt. Since the mounting hole 12b is not susceptible to deformation compared with the related art, and the shape of the mounting hole is kept in high precision, an OCV 6 can be suitably mounted. Accordingly, the degree of freedom in designing the parts for forming the water jacket 50 is increased to make the water jacket 50 and cylinder 12 sufficiently thin, and consequently contribute to the miniaturization and weight saving of the engine.

When the cylinder head gasket 1 is held between the cylinder head 2 and the cylinder block 3, the uneven portion 11b is locked to the edge 5a. Thus, the uneven portion 11b can firmly lock the cylinder head and the cylinder block to each other and its locking force can suppress the deformation of the cylinder block due to the explosive pressure of an engine, thereby preventing the degradation of sealing performance and reducing the consumption of oil.
