摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain the title material which can replace an organotin coating material by kneading a copper powder as an antifouling ingredient, a filler rapidly soluble in water and a binder slowly soluble in water. CONSTITUTION:The title coating material is obtd. by kneading a copper powder as an antifouling ingredient, a filler rapidly soluble in water, and a binder slowly soluble in water. The filler rapidly soluble tn water is incorporated to control the dissolution speed of the copper powder. When the rapidly soluble filler dispersed in a coating film dissolves out, a cavity is formed to increase an area which is brought into contact with sea water. As the result, the dissolution speed of the copper powder is increased to help attain a copper concn. necessary for preventing the fouling. An example of the rapidly soluble filler is cyclodextrin. On the other hand, if the copper powder has completely dissolved out due to the contact with sea water in an earlier stage, no antifouling effect exists any more. Therefore, it is pref. that the binder slowly dissolves in water. It is thereby possible to keep a condition wherein the copper powder is always exposed to sea water and to retain the antifouling effect. As the binder having such characteristics, a water-soluble urethane is pref.

Resultant beta-fractofrasinodase has characteristics such as transferring fructosyl group to acceptor with acting to cane sugar in the presence of various monosaccharide or sugaralcohol as a acceptor.

The enzyme can be produced by culturing Pseudomonas KO-8940 (FERM P-7456).

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain cyclodextrin with improved production ratio, by adding water to one or more substances selected from starch (derivative), modified starch, etc., to adjust the concentration to a specific value, liquefying the substances with a cyclodextrin producing enzyme, cyclizing the resultant substances and separating the cyclodextrin by membrane concentration. CONSTITUTION:Water is added to one or more substances selected from starch, e.g. potato starch, starch composition fraction, e.g. amylose, modified starch, e.g. roasted dextrin, oxidized starch etc., starch derivative, e.g. starch phosphate, etc., physically treated starch and alpha-starch to adjust the concentration to 1-5%. A cyclodextrin producing enzyme corresponding to 5-15THU/g starch amount of enzyme is reacted to liquefy the adjusted substances and cyclization reaction is subsequently carried out without inactivating the enzyme. The formed cyclodextrin is then separated with a cellulose acetate base tubular type reverse osmosis membrane, having about 50% desalting ratio, etc., by membrane concentration to afford the aimed cyclodextrin at >=2:1 ratio of alpha-cyclodextrin to beta-cyclodextrin with improved production ratio.

Said substrate is, e.g., ceramic one with pores of a size 0.1-2mum, another derived from coating alumina on this to provide pores of an average size 0.05mum, or natural or organic synthetic membrane with a pore size 0.01-10mum.
