SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a transmission device which is equipped with a specific information data preparation means for preparing specific information data, a multiplexing means and a transmission means, and a receiver 2 which is equipped with a data storing means, a stored data reproducing means, a reproduction decision means 224 for deciding whether or not reproduction of specific information or reproduction interruption of the specific information is executed, a reproduction controlling means 222 for receiving an output from the reproduction decision means 224 and controlling reproduction of video/audio, and an updating means for updating reproduction executing number of times. The device enables reliable reproduction or reproduction interruption of the specific information and CM information of the receiver.

SOLUTION: A repetitive interval calculator 11 calculates a repetitive interval based on a broadcast cycle from memories 15, 16 and gives the calculated result to a data object encoder 12. The data object encoder 12 sets an encoded data object to a main body 2 of a broadcast signal and sets the repetitive interval to a header 1 of the signal. In a broadcast object storage device 13 the encoded parameter and data object are stored as a broadcast object. A segment selector 14 selects segments of the broadcast object from the broadcast object storage device 13 based on information on the broadcast cycle and outputs. The selected segment is transmitted to a DAB receiver.

The folder is provided in a RAM 270. Then, the identification information and folder designating information are fixed beforehand according to the kinds of message information. Consequently, the terminal TA1 becomes capable of automatically sorting message information. In addition, the CPU 200 reads message information from RAM 270 by each folder to have it displayed in the prescribed area of a display part 220. Thereby, displaying according to the kinds of message information can be attained.

SOLUTION: A data stream D1 sent from a base station is given to a FIFO to produce a gap pause period. Furthermore, it is fed to a control circuit St1, a control signal for a read process of a FIFO, a start signal for a modulator Mo and a demodulator Dc and a start signal for UP and DOWN converters UC, DC. A user side control circuit St2 is normally in a received state, and the circuit St2 is switched when there is the gap pause period in the data stream of the circuit St1 or a user switching request is in existence in the data stream. The switching signal from the circuit St1 to a converter unit is sent via an HF feeder line by various voltages similarly to the case with reception polarization changeover of a satellite equipment. Thus, only a sole line is required to the converter unit at all times.
