摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a lignocellulose pulp by which the degree of sulfurization in a digester is optimized and the amount of sodium sulfide used in a process is reduced. SOLUTION: A pulverized lignocellulosic material 1 is fed and a stream 5 of a white liquor and at least one stream 7 or 15 of an oxidized white liquor are fed to bring the pulverized lignocellulosic material 1 into contact with the white liquor 5 to prepare an intermediate mixture containing a lignocellulosic material partially subjected to delignifying treatment. The resultant intermediate mixture is then brought into contact with the oxidized white liquors 7 and 15 to produce a lignocellulose pulp 19 which is further subjected to the delignifying treatment.

SOLUTION: This method for recovering a chemical agent in a process for producing kraft method pulp comprises electrolyzing by an electrolytic oxidation method a Na2S-containing alkaline solution flowing in a process for producing the kraft method pulp, adding the solution generated on the anode side and containing polysulfide sulfur in a concentration of >=6 g/L as such or after converted into a causticization product, before the chips do not reach the highest temperature, adding a NaOH solution generated on the cathode side in at least one process between a time when the chips reach the highest temperature and the final bleaching process, recovering one or more chemical agents from a process containing at least NaOH among chemical agents discharged between a cooking process and the final bleaching process, and then reusing the recovered chemical agent.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain high-whiteness pulp by treating a phytomaterial with a pulping solution containing both oxalic acid (salt) and hydrogen peroxide. SOLUTION: First, a pulping solution is prepared by incorporating an aqueous alkaline solution of at least one kind selected from alkali metal hydroxides and (bi)carbonates containing 0.01-4 wt.%, in terms of oxalic acid, of oxalic acid or a soluble salt thereof and 0.02-7 wt.% hydrogen peroxide with at least one kind of bleaching auxiliary selected from the group consisting of (alkyl) anthraquinone-based compounds, anthracene-based compounds each bearing hydroxyl groups on the 9 and 10 sites such as 9,10-dihydroxyethylanthracene, chelating agents and magnesium compounds such as magnesium oxide. Subsequently, a phytomaterial is treated with the above pulping solution at normal temperatures to 190 deg.C under an oxygen partial pressure of at least 1 kg/cm to obtain the objective pulp. The phytomaterial should be stored or transported in such a condition as to be in contact with the above pulping solution.
