    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a push-up device capable of improving operability by restraining flapping of a fuel lid when closing the fuel lid.SOLUTION: A coil spring 26 of the push-up device 10 for pushing out the fuel lid in the opening direction, has a large pitch part 26A and small pitch parts 26B and 26C different in a pitch. Thus, when closing the fuel lid, the increase ratio of energizing force to an initial stroke in the coil spring 26 for pushing a rod 20 in a case 16, becomes smaller than the increase ratio of energizing force to a latter period stroke succeeding to the initial stroke. Thus, when the fuel lid abuts on the push-up device 10, the operability is improved by restraining the flapping of the fuel lid 12 caused by pushing back the fuel lid by reaction of the coil spring 26.
