When the water temperature is lower than the desired temperature, the hot-water temperature-presetting means 10 presets hot-water temperature so that the water within the tank 1 may be heated up to a control temperature corresponding to the water temperature detected. On the other hand, when it is at the desired temperature or higher, the hot-water temperature- presetting means 10 presets the hot-water temperature so that the water within the tank 1 may be heated up to the maximum control temperature of different kinds of the control temperatures.

    • PURPOSE:To boil up hot water with an electrical power in a specified time range of low electrical charge by a method wherein an amount of remaining hot water is compared with a predetermined amount of hot water and a calculation means to take a transfer time between an electrical energization of an upper heater and an electrical energization of a lower heater is provided. CONSTITUTION:A calculation means 9 discriminates that an amount of remaining hot water is not much, but low and then an upper heater 7 is electrically energized at once. With such an arrangement, hot water 23 placed over a mixing layer 25 within a tank 3 is heated. When a boiling-up condition of the hot water is detected by an upper temperature sensor 2c, an electrical energization for the upper heater 7 is turned off. After this operation, in the event that there is a small amount of remaining hot water, it is sometimes found that a transfer time is zero, so that it is discriminated whether the transfer time is present or not. If the transfer time is zero, a lower heater 5 is electrically energized at once. In the event that there is a certain transfer time, the transfer time is read out from the third memory 15, drives a stored timer and after elapsing the transfer time, the lower heater 5 is electrically energized. A mixing layer 25 and water 24 in the tank 3 are heated.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent waste use of power, by supplementing a power failure time to make an energization time for a load equal to a set energization time while a continuous energization time is kept from exceeding the energization time. CONSTITUTION:When occurring during an energization time zone, a power failure is detected 21 and a power failure detection signal is inputted into a computing means 22, which works to count 25 a power failure time. Then, the means 22 discriminates the restoration of power by the stoppage of the power failure detection signal to end the counting of the power failure time and the power failure time counted 25 is stored 36. Then, the power failure time stored 36 is read out to be set on an internal register of the means 22. Moreover, when the energization time ends, time with an energization supplement time added thereto is compared with the current time to discriminate the end of a power failure supplement time and the ON state of an output relay 38 is continued. When the end of the power failure supplement time is discriminated, the relay 38 is turned off. When the subsequent energization start time is reached before the end of the power failure supplement time, the cancellation of the next energization is judged 40 and the results of the judgement are maintained during the subsequent energization time zone.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain an integration output with high accuracy and simple constitution by using an output signal of a timer circuit so as to make an output signal of a voltage comparator circuit substantially ineffective. CONSTITUTION:In detecting the changeover of an output voltage of a voltage comparator circuit OP2, a control circuit CONT uses a control signal C3 so as to switch a switch S3 to the position of a resistor R1 to apply the integration to an input signal +Ei or -Ei. An output signal N1 of a mirror integration circuit is fed to voltage comparator circuits OP3, OP4. An output signal N2 of the circuit OP 3 is fed to FFs 1, 2 and the output signal N3 of the circuit OP 4 is fed to FFs 1, 3. A signal representing the polarity corresponding to the integration of the input signal +Ei or -Ei is fed from the FF 1 to a signal processing circuit LOG. The output signal of the FFs 2, 3 is fed to a FF 4 via a gate circuit G1 and the output signal of the FF 4 is used as the count signal of the circuit LOG. The output signal of the FF 4 is fed to a delay circuit DLY and the output signal RST is fed to FFs 2-4.
