    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce occurrences of a power source voltage fluctuation and unnecessary radiation accompanying potential movement at the time of charging or discharging a sampling capacitor, and to perform precise sampling operation.
      SOLUTION: When a transistor switch for controlling the charge timing of the sampling capacitor is serially connected to a transistor switch for controlling charge speed, a transition duration when a transistor for controlling charge speed changes from an off-state to a complete on-state is made longer than a transition duration when the transistor switch for controlling the charge timing changes from the off-state to the complete on-state. On the other hand, when a transistor switch for controlling the discharge timing of the sampling capacitor is serially connected to a transistor switch for controlling discharge speed, a transition duration when a transistor for controlling discharge speed changes from the off-state to the complete on-state is made longer than a transition duration when the transistor switch for controlling discharge timing changes from the off-state into the complete on-state.
