    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillator circuit highly accurately sweeping a frequency.
      SOLUTION: In an oscillator circuit 100 with a sweeping function, a first counter 10 counts a reference clock REFCLK a number of times corresponding to a digital first setting signal S1, and generates a first counting completion signal S3 asserted on counting completion. A D/A converter 14 converts a digital second setting signal S2 into an analog control voltage V2. A VCO (Voltage Controlled Oscillator) 20 oscillates at a frequency corresponding to the control voltage V2. The VCO 20 is reset when the first counting completion signal S3 is asserted. An output composition section 30 receives an output signal S5 of the VCO 20 to generate an output signal Sout of the oscillator circuit 100 and to generate the first setting signal S1 and second setting signal S2.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ramp wave generation circuit capable of outputting ramp wave with fixed inclination, even when a capacitor with nonlinear C-V characteristics is used for an integration circuit.
      SOLUTION: For the integration circuit 2 to which MOS capacity C2 for integration with the nonlinear C-V characteristics is connected between input/output terminals of an operational amplifier OP2, in a current source portion 1, an operational amplifier OP1 compares charging voltage Vref of linear capacity Cref for reference with the fixed C-V characteristics to be charged by constant current I0 with charging voltage Vcal of MOS capacity Ccal for calibration having the same C-V characteristics as those of MOS capacity C2 for integration, and controls gate voltage of a PMOS transistor PT1 to control size of current I for charging the MOS capacity Ccal for calibration so that values of the charging voltage Vref and the charging voltage Vcal match with each other. A PMOS transistor PT2 to be controlled by the same gate voltage outputs the current I with the same size as that of current for charging the MOS capacity Ccal for calibration as charged current to the MOS capacity C2 for integration.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sweep tone signal generation circuit for generating a sweep tone signal having a ratio of approximately 1:1 of high level to low level, by a simple configuration.
      SOLUTION: In the sweep tone signal generation circuit, an OP amplifier A1 outputs a high level to charge a capacitor c1 till a voltage Vc1 becomes higher than Vp1H, and then outputs a low level to discharge the capacitor c1 till the voltage Vc1 becomes lower than Vp1L. The voltage Vc1 is divided and is current-buffered by an OP amplifier Avf to output a first oscillation signal Vlwr. An OP amplifier A2 outputs a second oscillation signal Vupr resulting from inverting the first oscillation signal Vlwr with 1/2Vcc as a center. An OP amplifier A3 outputs a high level to charge a capacitor c2 till a voltage Vc2 becomes higher than the second oscillation signal Vupr, and then outputs a low level to discharge the capacitor c2 till the voltage Vc1 becomes lower than the first oscillation signal Vlwr. An output of the OP amplifier A3 is outputted as a sweep tone signal.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a triangular wave signal synchronizing with an external circuit. SOLUTION: A charge/discharge circuit 32 charges/discharges a capacitor C2 in which voltage of an end is fixed. A first comparator COMP1 compares output voltage Vout of the capacitor C2 with a first threshold voltage value Vmin, and outputs a first comparison signal S1 according to the comparison result. An edge detection circuit 34 detects an edge of a synchronous signal SYNC_IN which has a nearly half frequency of the triangular wave signal generated by a triangular wave generating circuit 30, and outputs an edge detection signal S4 which becomes a predetermined level for every detected edge. A charge/discharge control unit 40 refers the first comparison signal S1 output from the first comparator COMP1 and the edge detection signal S4 output from the edge detection circuit 34, changes over a charge/discharge condition of the charge/discharge circuit 32 according to level transition of these signals.
