    • PURPOSE:To hold the maximum rated voltage of a control circuit within a proper range by clipping voltage accumulated in a capacitor by a Zener diode when counter electromotive force generated by an inductor is heightned too much caused by pressure increasing operation to obtain operation voltage of a valve. CONSTITUTION:When an abnormal flow rate is detected by a control circuit 3 according to a gas flow rate measured by a measuring part 5 of a gas meter 6, an electric current is carried to a valve coil 8 by a driving circuit 7, and a cutoff valve 1 is closed. On the other hand, when a valve opening switch 9 is turned on, since voltage whose pressure is increased by a pressure increasing circuit 2 is given to the driving circuit 7, an electric current is carried in the inverse direction to a valve coil 8, the cutoff valve 1 is opened. In this case, a voltage correcting circuit 11 having an inductor L is interposed between the pressure increasing circuit 2 and electric power supply 4 so as to hold voltage of the control circuit 3 in the lowest operation voltage or more when the pressure increasing circuit 2 is operated. A Zener diode ZD is arranged additionally to restrain output voltage accumulated in a capacitor C of this circuit 11 in the maximum rated voltage or less.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with a battery voltage check for checking the battery voltage at prescribed intervals to reduce the current consumption and realize the miniaturization of the battery and a gas heat retaining device. SOLUTION: In a device for operating a shut-off valve 4 for opening and closing a gas passage through a shut-off driving circuit 3 by the power of a battery 1, it is provided with a battery voltage check circuit 6 for carrying a current to a pseudo load 7 to confirm the presence of an interruptible battery capacity. It is also provided with an interrupting voltage check circuit 2 for checking the voltage in an actual gas interruption. When an interruption event occurs even once within a prescribed time, the voltage actually added to the shut-off valve 4 is checked by the interrupting voltage check circuit 2 to confirm the presence of the interruptible battery capacity. Accordingly, the frequency of carrying the current to the pseudo load 7 for battery voltage check is reduced to reduce the current consumption.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for a shield for radio wave noise prevention and to make an electric circuit small-sized by bringing a lead frame which is not connected to a crystal main body into contact with a can covering the crystal and molding it with resin in one body. SOLUTION: The crystal vibrator is structured by bringing the lead frame 3 which is not connected to the crystal main body between lead frames 2 and 3 for soldering to a printed board is brought into contact with the can covering the crystal and molding it with resin in one body. Namely, the can 1 which covers the crystal and the lead frame 3 for soldering are brought into contact and molded integrally with the resin 4 in one body. Thus, the lead frame 3 contacting the can 1 is soldered to a ground-side circuit to give the can 1 the same effect with a shield for radio wave noise prevention which is conventionally used. Consequently, the influence of radio wave noise is reducible.
