摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a color photosensitive material high in sensitivity and yet improved in graininess by incorporating silver halide grains of trisoctahedral grains having nn1 crystal faces, n being a natural number of >=2, and a nondiffusive coupler to be allowed to release a mobile dye by the coupling reaction with the oxidation product of a color developing agent in a silver halide emulsion layer. CONSTITUTION:At least one of the silver halide emulsion layers is composed of the silver halide grains having nn1 crystal faces, n being a natural number of >=2, and the nondiffusive coupler to be allowed to release a mobile dye by the coupling reaction with the oxidation product of a color developing agent. It is not necessary for all the surfaces of the silver halide grains to be composed of the nn1 crystal faces, but the 111 faces, 110 faces, and 100 faces may exist. It is preferred for the nn1 faces to amount to >=30% especially, >=70% of the total areas of the silver halide grains, and further, for the weight of the grains having the nn1 faces to amount to >=50wt%, especially, >=70wt% of the total weight of all the grains.
