The supporting rod part is provided with a tapered diameter expanded part 56 fitted into the insertion hole 30 on a lower end 54b side of a straight part 54 allowing the insertion hole 30 to be inserted. A boundary part 55 between the straight part and the diameter expanded part leaves the inner peripheral face 30a of the insertion hole upon completion of rising of the supporting rod part and is arranged at a position being higher than a peripheral fringe 29b on an upper end 30b side of the insertion hole.
