    • PURPOSE:To connect a wire satisfactorily without giving an influence of vibration on a rectilinear loop by a method wherein, when the wire is connected to a second bonding point, a slide of a mechanism part and a vibration by ultrasonic waves are applied separately and one after another. CONSTITUTION:A first bonding operation is executed; a capillary 5 is moved; a wire 6 is connected to a second bonding point; during this operation, a slight vibration of a mechanism part, i.e., an X-Y table 2, is applied for a prescribed time in the direction which is not identical to the direction of a rectilinearly formed loop; the wire is connected initially by heat given by the vibration; a vibration by ultrasonic waves after that is applied for a prescribed time; a sufficient connecting strength can be obtained. Since the wire 6 is connected initially to the second bonding point, influence of the vibration by the ultrasonic waves on the loop is small, and it is possible to prevent the loop from being bent or hung as a cause of a defective bonding operation.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent environmental pollution accompanied by the diffusion of solvent gas and to achieve the reduction of running cost and the enhancement of the quality of a recovered regenerated solvent by providing a tank shutter to the shutter box at the boundary of a chamber and a solvent vapor chamber. CONSTITUTION:A solvent vapor chamber 3 is partitioned from a chamber 5 by a tank shutter 6 and the tank shutter 6 reciprocally moves in the shutter box 11 integrally formed to the solvent vapor chamber 3 and the chamber 5 so as to protrude in the direction crossing both chambers 3, 5 at a right angle. The solvent vapor chamber 3 is brought to a hermetically closed state by the opening and closing operation of said shutter 6. Further, an entrance and exit shutter 7 opening and closing the solvent vapor chamber 3 with respect to the outside is provided to the upper part of the solvent vapor chamber 3. Since either one of the shutters 6, 7 is closed in a state shifted in timing and the hermetically closed chamber is negative in pressure, the vapor leaked in the chamber 5 during the opening and closing operation of the shutters 6, 7 is efficiently and certainly recovered from an exhaust port 12.

    • PURPOSE:To certainly alter the vapor line of the solvent gas in a washing apparatus by providing an opening part to the tank wall of the washing apparatus and forming a liquid film between the distribution plate, which is arranged so as to be spaced apart from the inner surface of the tank wall by a predetermined distance to cover the opening part, and the tank wall. CONSTITUTION:A liquid outlet hole 2 is formed to the tank wall 1 of a washing apparatus and a distribution plate 3 is fixed to the tank wall 1 inside said wall 1. A solvent inlet part 7 is provided to the single surface of the jacket 6 arranged to the outside of the tank wall 1. The solvent fed into the jacket 6 under pressure from the solvent inlet part 7 is injected to the interior of the tank wall from the liquid outlet hole 2 to be distributed between the distribution plate 3 and the tank wall 1 and flows downwardly in a tank to form a liquid film. The vapor present inside the tank wall 1 is condensed and absorbed by said liquid film to alter a vapor line. Since vapor can be efficiently absorbed by this method, the alteration of the vapor line can be rapidly adjusted and, since vapor is not whirld up by an object to be washed, the diffusion of solvent gas can be prevented.

    • PURPOSE:To offer a wave height detector capable of securing a reliable detection for the height of wave over a long period by transmitting a pressure variation which is sensed by an elastic closing membrane body of ultrasonic transmitter-receiver incorporated with an oscillator to a pressure transducer through an ultrasonic wave propagating liquid. CONSTITUTION:The oscillator 17 housed in the 1st frame body 2 is immersed in the ultrasonic wave propagating liquid 16, and the ultrasonic wave generated by an excitation of the oscillator 17 is propagated in a sea passing through the elastic closing membrane body 6 to come to the sea surface. A reflected wave from the sea surface is received by the oscillator 17 passing through a reverse passway and the height of wave is detected from the propagated time of the ultrasonic wave in both ways between this oscillator 17 and the sea surface. On the other hand, the pressure variation occurred in accordance with the wave surface variation is transmitted in the sea and sensed by the elastic closing membrane body 6, then a water pressure containing components of this water pressure variation is transmitted in the ultrasonic wave propagating liquid 16 and detected by the pressure transducer 15 through a communicative holes 13. The height of wave is detected from the size of pressure variation received by this pressure transducer 15. Since the pressure transducer 15 is not in contact with the sea water due to being housed in the 2nd frame body 3, a sticking of living bodies like as a shellfish, etc. can be prevented.

    • PURPOSE:To judge what depth a net is drawn at efficiently by dividing the range of depth detected by a depth detecting circuit according to the wake of the ship by a sample timing signal with time and integrating the amount of fish in each divided time width. CONSTITUTION:A transmission timing signal St is outputted from a vertical fish shoals locater for a time from t1 - t2 and the fish shoals data signal Sa is inputted in order until t4. A delay circuit 1 sends out a delay output SD at time t3 which is T1 after the time t1. The vertical fish shoals locater outputs a sea bottom timing signal Sb at the time t4. When the delay output SD is outputted at time t3, a gate circuit 2 holds an output Ga at high level and a sea bottom timing signal Se is outputted at time t3. The gate circuit 2 holds the output Ga at the high level when the delay output SD is outputted at the time t3 and holds the output Ga at low level when the sea bottom timing signal Sb is outputted at the time t4. A sample timing signal Dv is sent out to an integration circuit 4 and an A/D converter in the period from t3 to t4 wherein the output Ga is at the high level and subsequent processing is carried out.

    • PURPOSE:To conduct a uniform and reliable first bonding by a method wherein a tension giving action which is generated by a tension device is reached to the point part of a wire being continued from a second bonding part to remove a looseness from the point part of the wire and thereafter, a wire clamp is shut to cut the wire. CONSTITUTION:An ultrasonic application to a second bonding part 1 is finished and thereafter, a clamp 2 is opened while a wedge 3 is made to abut on the bonding part 1. Whereupon, the action of an air tension device reaches up to a wire 4, a looseness is taken away from the wire 4 and the wire 4 is made to strain linearly. The clamp 2 is again shut. As the clamp 2 grasps the wire being made to strain linearly, the length of the wire 4 becomes always a constant length L1. As the wedge 3 is still made to standstill, the clamp 2 is made to retrogress by a clamp slider by a distance (l1) and the wire is cut at a rise base part 7.
