CONSTITUTION:An inside layer 1 consists of a tubular synthetic resin in which a fluid passage 4 is formed in the inside, and an ethylene tetrafluoride copolymerization resin is used. An intermediate layer 2 is formed by dispersing an X-ray contrast-media consisting of white bismuth into a synthetic resin, and a white bismuth compound is a white bismuth crystal consisting of bismuth oxide, bismuth nitrate and bismuth sulfate, and that which is 83-88weight% bismuth content is used, and by dispersing and mixing it is a synthetic resin within a range of 3-25weight%, the inside layer 1 is covered. The outside of the intermediate layer 2 is covered with an outside layer 3 formed by dispersing and mixing titanium oxide of 0.05-1.0mum particle size by 0.5-2.0weight% in the synthetic resin. In such a way, the appearance shows white and at the time of using it for the human body, there is no sense of incompatibility, ultraviolet rays are prevented as to its transmission by the outside layer 3, and yellowing of white bismuth is prevented.

    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to detect the leakage of fluid stably and highly accurately in a radiation environment by arranging a plurality of conductors in close proximity, and insulating the conductors with an inorganic insulating member which has radiation resistance property and can hold and secure the fluid. CONSTITUTION:Conductors 1 and 2 are combined in a cable shape, and a detecting element is formed. The conductor 1 is a high resistance wire, and the conductor 2 is a low resistance wire. The conductors 1 and 2 are surrounded with a detecting dielectric part 3 formed of glass fiber. The glass fiber has gaps which are suitable for holding and securing fluid. The conductors 1 and 2 having the dielectric parts 3 are surrounded with a first protecting braid 4 together, and the braid 4 is further surrounded with a second protecting braid 5. Thus the conductors are protected. When a point of the high resistance wire is electrically connected to the low resistance wire 2 through leaked water and the resistivity of the water is sufficiently low, both conductors are shorted. Therefore, when the resistances of the conductors 1 and 2 are measured, the resistance which is proportional to the length of the high resistance wire 2 to the leaking point is obtained and the distance can be simply operated.

    • PURPOSE:To connect a connection at a specific fastening torque only by rotating a cover with a hand, by rotating a coupling through bosses provided at the cover and a torque clutch mechanism formed of a rotary plate and springs. CONSTITUTION:A holding ring R2 at the other side is fixed to the groove 31 of a coupling 30, plural springs 40 are pushed in to a recess 36 through a small cylinder 33, and furthermore, a rotary plate 50 is fixed to the small cylinder 33. By inserting the coupling 30 and the like to the central penetration hole 60h of a cover 60, while holding the holder ring R2 at the other side in such a condition, the holding ring R2 at the other side is geared to a groove 63 which is provided at the inner surface of the cover 60. As a result, the coupling 30 is never removed from the cover 60, and the springs 40 and the rotary plate 50 are also fixed between the cover 60 and the coupling 30. Then, bosses 70 and 70 are screwed in to female screws 61 and 61 of the cover 60. In such a way, a connector can be connected at a specific fastening torque without using tools.

    • PURPOSE:To collect only information on vaporized gases in a tank for preventing malfunction and performing safe gasoline filling operation by a method wherein a detecting sensor is arranged in an air-tight housing space with a lid or in an air duct, and its one end is opened to the atmosphere as a suction port and the other end is connected to a suction port of an aspirator. CONSTITUTION:In case of a liquid filling gun 3A, when a lid 22 is shut in a place where is not affected by surrounding gases, a nozzle of the filling gun 3A is inserted into a filling port 14 of a tank and a switch 23 is turned on after the lid 22 is opened, a detecting element 8 detects only vaporized gases in the tank. In case of a filling gun 3B, a detecting element 8 is mounted in the middle of an air duct 31 provided in a filling gun main body 30, the air duct 31 is provided with a filter 32 at the front end as an air inlet 31a, and the other end is connected to a suction port 33a of an aspirator 33. When the aspirator 33 is put in operation with the nozzle of the filling gun 3B inserted into the filling port 14 to take the gases in the tank into the air duct 31, the information on gases in the tank can be obtained.
