That is, a polypropylene resin film 3 having the glass fiber unwoven clothes 7a and 8a thereon is moved on a conveyor 25, which is coated with a polyurethane foaming solution 21 by a spray. After the hot melt film 20 is layered on it, the glass fiber is impregnated with resin being compressed by upper and lower thickness adjusting rolls 26a and 26b. Thereafter, it is compressed by belt conveyors 12 and 13, cured while it is foamed so as to obtain an original web 22. Further, after an unwoven cloth skin 7 is layered on the hot melt film 20, molding is performed.
