    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a working tool capable of easily controlling film thickness of a diamond film by working by restraining a thermal effect of laser light and the working tool manufactured under this method. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method of the working tool is furnished with a process to cover a cutting blade with the covering film and a process to irradiate ultraviolet laser UV on the covering film. That is, it is possible to restrain heating of the covering film by irradiating the ultraviolet laser light UV as diamond easily absorbs an ultraviolet ray. Consequently, it is possible to manufacture the working tool having a sharp knife edge free to use not only for working use of graphite, etc. not requiring sharpness but also for high precision working use of aluminum alloy, etc. requiring sharpness. While rolling the martensitic stainless steel strip in a soft annealed state, thermal energy is radiated on positions at prescribed intervals from both right and left end face sides of the martensitic stainless steel strip to form a continuous groove in the longitudinal direction on one end side and form a heat property-changed part to be a split position continuous in the longitudinal direction on the other end face side.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide, at a low cost, a soldering iron that is superior in heat conductivity and durability and that is equipped with a tip end made of copper/iron alloy requiring no plating.
      SOLUTION: The soldering iron is constituted of the tip member which is heated by a heater and an tip end part which melts solder by heat from this tip member to make the solder stick to a part to be soldered. The tip end part is a copper/iron alloy composed of 40-95 mass % iron, 1-15 mass % at least 1 kind or more of Al, Ni, and Mn, and the balance copper, while the tip member is a copper/iron alloy composed of 1-30 mass % iron and the balance copper. In addition, these copper/iron alloys are joined to each other by spot welding or brazing in the structure. Particularly, the soldering iron has no iron plating or chrome plated layer in the tip end part.
