    • PURPOSE:To avoid the effects of abrupt change in atmospheric pressure by detecting the difference between the outputs of two kinds of strain gages provided on a diaphragm which varies with atmospheric pressure via a differential amplifier and amplifiers having a predetermined time constant. CONSTITUTION:A bridge circuit is constituted by piezoelectric resistor elements G1 and G2, which are provided on the diaphragm which varies with the atmospheric pressure, and whose values increase with respect to the atmospheric pressure. A reference pressure of said semiconductor strain gage G is a vacuum. Middle point voltages e1 and e2 are inputted to an operation amplifier A3 through operation amplifiers A1 and A2, and an output E0 is sent out. Since a capacitor C is connected in parallel with a resistor R6 in a negative feedback circuit of the operation amplifier A3, the effects of abrupt change in atmospheric pressure are avoided.
